【摘要】:鑒于我國(guó)企業(yè)鐵路所具有的技術(shù)、規(guī)模、資金、市場(chǎng)等優(yōu)勢(shì),以及人員觀念上的不解放、素質(zhì)低,服務(wù)尚且不完善等不利因素,鐵路管理模式應(yīng)該改革,實(shí)現(xiàn)管理規(guī)范化、效益最大化,其中建立現(xiàn)代物流信息系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流方向發(fā)展的主要策略之一。 作為我國(guó)企業(yè)鐵路信息化建設(shè)的主要部分,運(yùn)行調(diào)整系統(tǒng)在分散自律調(diào)度集中系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合企業(yè)鐵路的運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)列車(chē)作業(yè)的遠(yuǎn)程控制和智能化控制。采用企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)行調(diào)整系統(tǒng),能夠提高企業(yè)鐵路管轄的列車(chē)作業(yè)效率和生產(chǎn)調(diào)度與監(jiān)督管理的自動(dòng)化水平。本文以山西鋁廠企業(yè)鐵路為背景,著重研究和設(shè)計(jì)了運(yùn)行調(diào)整系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用中的列車(chē)作業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題。 目前,計(jì)算機(jī)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)在鐵路應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)中有了大規(guī)模的應(yīng)用,,用計(jì)算機(jī)來(lái)輔助列車(chē)調(diào)度人員進(jìn)行調(diào)度已經(jīng)逐漸取代了落后的人工調(diào)度方式。列車(chē)運(yùn)行調(diào)整系統(tǒng)就是應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)來(lái)輔助行車(chē)調(diào)度員對(duì)列車(chē)運(yùn)行圖的計(jì)劃進(jìn)行下達(dá)、修改等的行車(chē)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)。本課題在研究運(yùn)行調(diào)整系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)和總體結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合分散自律調(diào)度集中系統(tǒng)對(duì)列車(chē)智能化控制功能,提出了企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸組織的新模式。重點(diǎn)研究了系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行計(jì)劃自動(dòng)生成與調(diào)整,用Drools規(guī)則引擎靈活設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)行圖,運(yùn)用Rete算法搜索規(guī)則,解決了列車(chē)運(yùn)行圖的自動(dòng)鋪畫(huà)與調(diào)整,運(yùn)用java靈活的繪圖機(jī)制與組件及點(diǎn)與線(xiàn)之間的關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)了運(yùn)行圖的拖拽調(diào)整。再次,對(duì)列車(chē)運(yùn)行調(diào)整系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,確定系統(tǒng)的主要功能以及輔助功能實(shí)現(xiàn)的技術(shù)。在本次的項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)中,引入了模式-視圖-管理器(Model,View,Controler簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)MVC)模型用于實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)于功能擴(kuò)展和維護(hù)的要求。論文按照軟件開(kāi)發(fā)流程依次介紹了系統(tǒng)需求分析,系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì),運(yùn)行圖的自動(dòng)生成與調(diào)整的原理與設(shè)計(jì),拖拽調(diào)整運(yùn)行圖的原理與設(shè)計(jì)。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)寬松的框架、有良好擴(kuò)展功能和可維護(hù)性的列車(chē)運(yùn)行調(diào)整系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了運(yùn)行圖相關(guān)功能的正確性,確定各個(gè)模塊運(yùn)行良好,同時(shí)驗(yàn)證了MVC架構(gòu)在系統(tǒng)功能擴(kuò)展和維護(hù)方面的作用。 系統(tǒng)為智能調(diào)度系統(tǒng)中的一部分,在論文中也介紹了調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的作業(yè)流程、角色安排及智能調(diào)度中的各個(gè)子系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)研發(fā)后改變了企業(yè)作業(yè)管理模式,提高了企業(yè)站的作業(yè)效率,減輕了人員勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高了企業(yè)站的管理水平,進(jìn)而提高了鐵路車(chē)輛周轉(zhuǎn)率、機(jī)車(chē)周轉(zhuǎn)率,以達(dá)到提高貨物運(yùn)輸效率、保證運(yùn)輸安全的目的。本系統(tǒng)將使企業(yè)站在作業(yè)高度自動(dòng)化、信息化、智能化等諸多方面將全面處于國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平,全部技術(shù)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),為我國(guó)企業(yè)鐵路行車(chē)調(diào)度技術(shù)開(kāi)拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)創(chuàng)造了良好的條件。
[Abstract]:In view of the advantages of technology, scale, capital, market and other unfavorable factors, such as the unemancipation of personnel concept, low quality, imperfect service and so on, the railway management mode should be reformed, and the management standardization should be realized. The establishment of modern logistics information system is one of the main strategies for enterprises to develop to modern logistics. As the main part of railway information construction in our country, the operation adjustment system realizes the remote control and intelligent control of train operation on the basis of decentralized self-discipline dispatching centralized system and combined with the characteristics of enterprise railway transportation production. The adoption of the enterprise railway operation adjustment system can improve the train operation efficiency and the automation level of production scheduling and supervision and management under the jurisdiction of the enterprise railway. Based on the railway of Shanxi Aluminium Plant, this paper studies and designs the coordination and optimization of train operation in the application of operation adjustment system. At present, computer and network have been widely used in railway application system, and computer aided train dispatcher has gradually replaced the backward manual dispatching method. Train operation adjustment system is a train dispatching system which applies computer to assist train dispatcher to issue and modify the plan of train operation diagram. Based on the study of the characteristics and the overall structure of the operation and adjustment system, a new mode of railway transportation organization for enterprises is put forward by combining the functions of decentralized autonomous dispatching centralized system for intelligent control of trains. The automatic generation and adjustment of the operation plan of the system are emphatically studied. The operation diagram is designed flexibly with drools rule engine, and the automatic drawing and adjustment of train diagram is solved by using Rete algorithm search rules. The drag-and-drop adjustment of operation diagram is realized by using the flexible drawing mechanism and component of java and the relationship between points and lines. Thirdly, the system of train operation adjustment is analyzed systematically, and the main functions of the system and the technology of realizing auxiliary function are determined. In the development of this project, the Model-ViewController (MVC) model is introduced to meet the requirements of the system for function extension and maintenance. According to the software development flow, the paper introduces the system requirement analysis, the overall design of the system, the principle and design of the automatic generation and adjustment of the operation diagram, and the principle and design of the drag-and-drop adjustment operation diagram. Finally, a loose framework is implemented, with good expansion function and maintainability of train operation adjustment system. The system is tested to verify the correctness of the related functions of the operation diagram, to determine that each module is running well, and to verify the function of MVC architecture in the function extension and maintenance of the system. The system is a part of the intelligent scheduling system. In this paper, the architecture of the system, the job flow of the whole system, the role arrangement and the subsystems in the intelligent scheduling are also introduced. After the research and development of the system, the enterprise operation management mode has been changed, the operation efficiency of the enterprise station has been improved, the labor intensity of the personnel has been reduced, the management level of the enterprise station has been improved, and the railway rolling stock turnover rate and the locomotive turnover rate have been improved. In order to improve the efficiency of cargo transport, to ensure the safety of transport purposes. The system will make the enterprise stand in the operation of high automation, information, intelligence and other aspects will be fully in the international leading level, all the technology has its own intellectual property rights, It has created good conditions for Chinese enterprises to exploit the international market for railway dispatching technology.
