【摘要】：對于企業(yè)而言，技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一方面與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新緊密聯(lián)系在一起，成為當(dāng)今企業(yè)的核心競爭力之一；另一方面與產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和技術(shù)壁壘緊密關(guān)聯(lián)在一起，成為跨國公司參與全球競爭、控制產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、獲取高額利潤的重要手段。對于一個國家而言，技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已經(jīng)成為國家參與全球化競爭中的一個核心競爭要素，對國家和地區(qū)競爭力有著極大的影響。因此，我們有必要對技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化展開全面而深入的研究。 本文力圖以全新的視角和分析框架對技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化問題進行研究，提出了技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化過程實際是行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建的過程這一主要結(jié)論，并主要運用行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論對我國RFID技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化案例進行研究，借此對后發(fā)展國家——中國的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)展提供一系列的策略支持。本文的研究內(nèi)容包括以下幾部分： 首先，對行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論（Actor Network Theory，ANT）進行理論綜述，總結(jié)國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界不斷涌現(xiàn)出的，行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論在企業(yè)管理、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、信息管理等方面的運用成果。了解這一理論的來龍去脈，并初步分析其應(yīng)用于技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究的適用性。 其次，本文將行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論運用于技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究，提出技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化過程實際上是行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建的過程，技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的擴張就是從該網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心向周圍擴張的過程。本章為了更好地進行技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建，首先奠定了技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的科學(xué)社會學(xué)基礎(chǔ)，再根據(jù)拉圖爾行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)對技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化過程進行新的行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建。 再次，采用RFID標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化進程在中國本地化過程中遇到的阻礙結(jié)合行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論進行案例研究，案例具體從行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建的四個階段進行分析研究，即問題化階段、興趣化階段、招募階段和動員階段。通過各個階段的分析，得出RFID標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運作機制以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各行動者的動力機制，從而分析中國RFID標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自主化失敗的原因。 最后，，在對中國RFID案例研究的基礎(chǔ)上為我國的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化提供相關(guān)啟示和建議。
[Abstract]:For enterprises, on the one hand, technical standards are closely linked with intellectual property rights and technological innovation, and become one of the core competitiveness of today's enterprises; on the other hand, they are closely related to industrial policies and technical barriers. It has become an important means for multinational companies to participate in global competition, control industrial chains and obtain high profits. For a country, the technical standard has become a core competitive element of national participation in the globalization competition, which has a great impact on the national and regional competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary for us to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study on technical standards and their standardization. This paper tries to study the problem of technology standardization from a new perspective and analysis framework, and puts forward the main conclusion that the process of technology standardization is actually the process of constructing the network of actors. This paper mainly uses the theory of actor network to study the case of RFID standardization in China, which provides a series of strategic support for the development of technological standardization in China. The research contents of this paper include the following parts: firstly, the theory of Actor Network (actor Network) is summarized, and the theory of actor network in enterprise management and product innovation is summarized. Information management and other aspects of the application of the results. Understand the origin of this theory, and analyze its applicability in the research of technical standardization. Secondly, this paper applies the theory of actor network to the research of technology standardization, and points out that the process of technology standardization is actually the process of constructing the network of actors, and the expansion of technology standardization is the process of expanding from the center of the network to the surrounding area. In order to construct the actor network of technology standardization, this chapter firstly establishes the scientific sociology foundation of technology standardization, and then constructs the new actor network according to Latour actor network. Thirdly, using RFID standardization process in the process of localization in China encountered obstacles combined with the theory of actor networks to carry out case studies, the case is analyzed from the four stages of the actors' network construction, that is, the problem stage. Interest stage, recruitment stage and mobilization stage. Through the analysis of each stage, the operation mechanism of RFID standardized actor network and the dynamic mechanism of each actor in the network are obtained, so as to analyze the reasons for the failure of Chinese RFID standard autonomy. Finally, on the basis of the case study of RFID in China, it provides some enlightenment and advice for the standardization of RFID technology in China.
