東麗區(qū)科技型中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:科技型中小企業(yè)是指擁有一定科技人員,掌握自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、專有技術(shù)或先進(jìn)知識,通過科技投入開展創(chuàng)新活動,提供產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的中小企業(yè)?萍夹椭行∑髽I(yè)對一個國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起著很重要的作用,根據(jù)天津市市政府的口號:“讓科技型中小企業(yè)鋪天蓋地讓小巨人企業(yè)頂天立地”,東麗區(qū)政府提出了建立東麗區(qū)中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定管理系統(tǒng),專門進(jìn)行科技型中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定工作,方便企業(yè)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上注冊和認(rèn)定。 本文設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)了東麗區(qū)科技型中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定管理系統(tǒng),并借助UML語言中的用例圖、類圖、時序圖和活動圖等方式描述了科技型中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定管理系統(tǒng)的需求、設(shè)計和實(shí)現(xiàn)。首先獲取系統(tǒng)的需求,將東麗區(qū)科技型中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定管理的需求劃分為:企業(yè)注冊與管理、填報數(shù)據(jù)管理、認(rèn)定管理、統(tǒng)計監(jiān)測和工作平臺管理五個需求模塊,借用用例圖分析了各功能需求的功能用例。然后選擇設(shè)計實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)和架構(gòu),采用Java編程語言,選擇B/S的開發(fā)模式,選擇集成Struts、 Spring和Hibernate框架的SSH框架開發(fā),并設(shè)計實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)功能的類和方法,借助UML的類圖形式進(jìn)行可視化描述。采用SQLServer2008數(shù)據(jù)庫管理器設(shè)計東麗區(qū)科技型中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫,分析系統(tǒng)邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計存儲系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)表。最后,整合系統(tǒng)各功能模塊,進(jìn)行整體測試,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的整體功能,并截圖展示。 東麗區(qū)科技型中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定管理系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)注冊管理、填報數(shù)據(jù)管理、認(rèn)定管理、統(tǒng)計監(jiān)測和工作平臺展示等功能。企業(yè)注冊后,由各功能區(qū)縣進(jìn)行管理。填報數(shù)據(jù)時,分為:企業(yè)概況、財務(wù)狀況、人員狀況、科技項目與經(jīng)費(fèi)、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)和其他數(shù)據(jù)分別填報,實(shí)現(xiàn)分類數(shù)據(jù)填報。認(rèn)定管理中由各區(qū)縣管理用戶根據(jù)企業(yè)填報數(shù)據(jù)情況進(jìn)行認(rèn)定,符合要求的予以認(rèn)定,不符合要求的予以駁回,同時實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)年檢管理。統(tǒng)計監(jiān)測中實(shí)現(xiàn)科技型中小企業(yè)和科技小巨人企業(yè)明細(xì)查詢、企業(yè)數(shù)量統(tǒng)計等功能。工作平臺展示個人工作提醒、區(qū)縣企業(yè)認(rèn)定情況、企業(yè)成長階段情況提醒、各區(qū)縣企業(yè)認(rèn)定情況、各區(qū)縣企業(yè)年檢情況等數(shù)據(jù)信息。 建立東麗區(qū)科技型中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定管理系統(tǒng),對東麗區(qū)科技型中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定工作進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理,為東麗區(qū)科技型中小企業(yè)認(rèn)定管理提供一個信息化服務(wù)平臺,方便科技型中小企業(yè)的資格認(rèn)定,并為各級政府決策管理提供準(zhǔn)確及時的信息。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized technological enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises that have certain scientific and technological personnel, master independent intellectual property rights, proprietary technology or advanced knowledge, carry out innovative activities through scientific and technological input, and provide products or services. Science and technology SMEs play a very important role in the economic development of a country. According to the slogan of the Tianjin municipal government, "let small and medium-sized technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises take the top of the sky", The Dongli District Government has proposed the establishment of a management system for the identification of small and medium-sized enterprises in Dongli District, which specializes in the identification of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises. This paper designs and implements the identification management system of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises in Dongli District, and with the help of use case diagram and class diagram in UML language, Timing diagram and activity diagram describe the requirement, design and implementation of the identification management system for small and medium-sized technological enterprises. First of all, the requirements of the system are obtained, and the requirements for the identification and management of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in Dongli District are divided into five demand modules: enterprise registration and management, data reporting management, cognizance management, statistical monitoring and work platform management. The functional use cases of each functional requirement are analyzed by using the use case diagram. Then we choose the technology and architecture to design and implement the system, adopt Java programming language, choose the development mode of B / S, choose the SSH framework of integrating Struts, Spring and hibernate framework, and design the classes and methods to realize the functions of the system. With the help of UML class diagram form to carry on the visual description. In this paper, SQL Server 2008 database manager is used to design the database of the identification management system for small and medium sized enterprises in Dongli District. The logical structure of the system is analyzed, and the data table of the storage system is designed. Finally, integrate all the function modules of the system, carry on the whole test, realize the whole function of the system, and screenshot show. Dongli District Science and Technology small and Medium-sized Enterprises Identification Management system mainly realizes the enterprise registration management, the data reporting management, the cognizant management. Statistical monitoring and work platform display and other functions. After enterprise registration, each function district county carries on the management. When filling out the data, it can be divided into: enterprise profile, financial situation, personnel status, scientific and technological items and funds, intellectual property rights and other data. In the cognizance management, the users of each district and county should confirm according to the data of the enterprise, those that accord with the requirements shall be recognized, those that do not conform to the requirements shall be rejected, and the annual inspection management of the enterprise will be realized at the same time. In statistical monitoring, the functions of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises and small technological giant enterprises are realized, such as detailed inquiry of enterprises and statistics of enterprises' quantity and so on. The work platform displays data information such as personal work reminders, identification of district and county enterprises, enterprise growth stage reminders, identification of enterprises in each district and county, annual inspection of enterprises in various districts and counties, etc. A management system for the identification of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in Dongli District is established. In order to provide an information service platform for the identification and management of science and technology SMEs in Dongli District, the network management of the identification of science and technology SMEs in Dongli District will be convenient for the qualification determination of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. And for all levels of government decision-making management to provide accurate and timely information.
