【摘要】：正《電子知識產(chǎn)權(quán)》(月刊)創(chuàng)刊于1991年,由工業(yè)和信息化部主管,工業(yè)和信息化部電子科學(xué)技術(shù)情報(bào)研究所、部電子知識產(chǎn)權(quán)中心主辦。本刊集理論性和實(shí)踐性為一體,探討解決理論界和實(shí)務(wù)界中最新的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)問題,交流國內(nèi)外最新知識產(chǎn)權(quán)理論研究成果及司法實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),是國內(nèi)工業(yè)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域唯一的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)學(xué)術(shù)期刊。
[Abstract]:The Electronic intellectual property Rights (monthly) was founded in 1991 and is sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information, the Institute of Electronic Science and Technology Information of the Ministry of Industry and Information, and the Center for Electronic intellectual property of the Ministry of Industry and Information. The journal integrates theory and practice, discusses and solves the latest intellectual property rights problems in the theoretical and practical circles, and exchanges the latest intellectual property theoretical research results and judicial practical experiences at home and abroad. It is the only intellectual property academic journal in the field of industrial industry in China.
