【摘要】：民族文藝事業(yè)是促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)全面和諧發(fā)展的重要事業(yè),民族文藝戰(zhàn)線是維護(hù)邊疆社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的重要戰(zhàn)線,民族文藝政策也將是促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)安定團(tuán)結(jié)的重要保障。本文認(rèn)為民族文藝政策的確立應(yīng)以民族區(qū)域自治為基礎(chǔ),制訂中國(guó)民族文化多樣性保護(hù)戰(zhàn)略與行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,建立民族文藝知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度與惠益分享機(jī)制,制訂民族地區(qū)文藝事業(yè)發(fā)展的具體實(shí)施辦法和民族地區(qū)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)文藝事業(yè)指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:The cause of national literature and art is an important cause to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of the society in minority areas, the national literature and art front is an important front to maintain the social stability of the frontier area, and the national literature and art policy will also be an important guarantee for promoting stability and unity in the minority areas. This paper holds that the establishment of national literature and art policy should be based on regional autonomy of ethnic minorities, formulate strategies and action plans for the protection of national cultural diversity in China, and establish the system of intellectual property protection and benefit-sharing mechanism of national literature and art. To formulate the specific implementation measures for the development of literary and artistic undertakings in ethnic minority areas and the indicator system for the construction of literary and artistic undertakings in new rural areas of ethnic minority areas.
