企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈自組織建模研究

【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)是自工業(yè)革命以來(lái)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和全球社會(huì)形態(tài)的根本性轉(zhuǎn)折。企業(yè)的外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境越來(lái)越激烈,企業(yè)要贏得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)就需要不斷進(jìn)行管理創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新以及營(yíng)銷創(chuàng)新等知識(shí)創(chuàng)新。企業(yè)尋求科研院所或高校的協(xié)助,將實(shí)踐中的理論進(jìn)行提升;而科研院所或高校需要得到企業(yè)的幫助,將理論中的結(jié)論進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,那么,在他們之間形成了知識(shí)的流動(dòng)。當(dāng)知識(shí)范圍擴(kuò)大到中間代理機(jī)構(gòu)、銷售機(jī)構(gòu)以及顧客時(shí),就形成了知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈,而知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈的核心就是知識(shí)創(chuàng)新。在企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈形成與管理過(guò)程中,符合自組織機(jī)制的特點(diǎn)。盡管國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈的研究并不少見(jiàn),但是從自組織角度對(duì)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈的研究鮮有見(jiàn)到。因此,研究企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈的自組織特點(diǎn)和運(yùn)行機(jī)制,對(duì)于指導(dǎo)企業(yè)進(jìn)行知識(shí)創(chuàng)新具有重要的理論與實(shí)際意義。本文以自組織理論為基礎(chǔ),研究企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈的特點(diǎn)、形成自組織的條件,以及演化過(guò)程,并以實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。第一章是緒論,介紹了本文研究的背景、意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、論文結(jié)構(gòu)以及主要內(nèi)容等。第二章對(duì)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈和自組織機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究綜述。第三章從前提條件、演化分析和沖突分析等方面對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈自組織內(nèi)在機(jī)理進(jìn)行了闡述。第四章構(gòu)建了企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈模型和企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈自組織模式,通過(guò)建立模型驗(yàn)證該模式的有效性,并通過(guò)實(shí)例進(jìn)行模型的驗(yàn)證。第五章從構(gòu)建開(kāi)放環(huán)境、激發(fā)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和協(xié)同機(jī)制以及完善知識(shí)反饋機(jī)制等三個(gè)方面對(duì)自組織機(jī)制的企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈創(chuàng)新提出了對(duì)策建議。第六章是結(jié)論總結(jié)和研究展望。1、企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)且粋(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)開(kāi)放系統(tǒng),其變革的動(dòng)力來(lái)自各子系統(tǒng)之間存在著非線性的作用關(guān)系。各子系統(tǒng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與協(xié)同的關(guān)系,當(dāng)企業(yè)面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境時(shí),在漲落力和非線性作用誘因下,知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈實(shí)現(xiàn)自我調(diào)整,進(jìn)行自組織,進(jìn)行知識(shí)創(chuàng)新,增強(qiáng)對(duì)環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力提高自身的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。2、分析了知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈自組織的前提條件;從知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈的開(kāi)放系統(tǒng)、遠(yuǎn)離平衡態(tài)、子系統(tǒng)間非線性作用以及漲落的存在等特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析其組織條件;研究了企業(yè)知識(shí)鏈自組織演化的環(huán)境、動(dòng)力、路徑以及控制條件等。3、建立了知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈模型;利用自組織理論建立知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈自組織模型,對(duì)供應(yīng)源、代理機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)、銷售渠道、需求源各子系統(tǒng)之間的關(guān)系建立數(shù)學(xué)公式,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行分析。4、以某電子集團(tuán)有限公司為對(duì)象分析企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈自組織的應(yīng)用,給出了一個(gè)參考性的構(gòu)建知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈自組織演化模式,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,從理論上論證該模式的有效性。并結(jié)合企業(yè)具體特點(diǎn),提出了一些相關(guān)建議。5、提出企業(yè)知識(shí)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行自組織機(jī)制的對(duì)策建議,分別從構(gòu)建開(kāi)放的環(huán)境,提高知識(shí)的共享;激發(fā)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與協(xié)同機(jī)制,促進(jìn)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)力以及完善知識(shí)反饋機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)等三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行展開(kāi)。
[Abstract]:Knowledge economy is the fundamental turning point of world economic growth and global social form since the industrial revolution. The external competitive environment of enterprises is becoming more and more intense. To win the competition, enterprises need to continue to carry out knowledge innovation such as management innovation, technological innovation and marketing innovation. Enterprises seek the assistance of scientific research institutes or colleges and universities, and will practice the theory. On the other hand, the scientific research institutes or colleges and universities need the help of the enterprises to verify the conclusions of the theory. Then, the knowledge flow is formed between them. Knowledge supply chain is formed when the scope of knowledge is extended to intermediary agencies, sales agencies and customers. Knowledge supply chain is produced by knowledge economy, and knowledge supply is provided. The core of the chain is knowledge innovation. In the process of forming and managing enterprise knowledge supply chain, it meets the characteristics of self-organizing mechanism. Although the research on knowledge supply chain is not rare in China, the research of knowledge supply chain is rarely seen from the perspective of self-organization. Therefore, the self-organization characteristics and operation mechanism of enterprise knowledge supply chain are studied. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to guide enterprises to carry out knowledge innovation. This paper, based on the theory of self-organization, studies the characteristics of enterprise knowledge supply chain, forms the conditions of self-organization, and the process of evolution. The first chapter is an introduction, which introduces the background and significance of this study, and the status of research at home and abroad. The structure and main content of this paper. The second chapter makes a review of the knowledge supply chain and self-organization mechanism. The third chapter expounds the internal mechanism of self-organization of enterprise knowledge supply chain from the premise, the evolution analysis and the conflict analysis. The fourth chapter constructs the enterprise knowledge supply chain model and the self-group of enterprise knowledge supply chain. The model validates the validity of the model by establishing the model and validates the model through an example. The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions on the innovation of enterprise knowledge supply chain innovation from three aspects, such as building open environment, stimulating competition and synergy mechanism and improving knowledge feedback mechanism. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and research. Looking forward to.1, the enterprise knowledge supply chain is a dynamic open system. The motive force of the change comes from the nonlinear interaction relationship between the subsystems. The relationship between the subsystems competition and cooperation. When the enterprise faces the complex and changeable competitive environment, the knowledge supply chain realizes self adjustment under the rise and fall and the nonlinear effect. Self organization, knowledge innovation, enhance the adaptability of the environment to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of.2, analyze the premise of self-organization of knowledge supply chain, analyze its organizational conditions from the open system of the knowledge supply chain, far from the equilibrium state, the nonlinear interaction between the subsystems and the existence of fluctuations, and study the knowledge of the enterprise. The knowledge supply chain model is established by.3, such as environment, power, path and control conditions, and the self-organization model of knowledge supply chain is established by using self-organization theory. The mathematical formula is established for the relationship between supply sources, agencies, enterprises, sales channels and the subsystems of demand sources. The model is analyzed by.4 to a certain electronic set. In order to analyze the self-organization application of enterprise knowledge supply chain, a reference is given to construct a self-organizing evolution model of knowledge supply chain, establish a mathematical model, and theoretically demonstrate the validity of the model. In combination with the specific characteristics of the enterprise, some relevant suggestions.5 are put forward, and the self-organization of enterprise knowledge supply chain is put forward. The countermeasures and suggestions of the mechanism should be carried out in three aspects: building open environment, raising knowledge sharing, stimulating competition and synergy mechanism, promoting the motivation of knowledge innovation, improving knowledge feedback mechanism and strengthening intellectual property protection.
