固體火箭發(fā)動機整形裝備研制

【摘要】:固體火箭發(fā)動機,在航空航天領域中應用廣泛,具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。我國在固體火箭發(fā)動機推進劑配制和型腔設計方面處于國際領先水平,但制造固體火箭發(fā)動機的設備自動化水平不高,工藝裝備落后,研制自主知識產(chǎn)權的自動化裝備勢在必行。 整形是發(fā)動機制造過程中的一個重要步驟,直接決定藥柱內型腔的最終形狀。長期以來,我國固體火箭發(fā)動機的整形基本靠手工完成,生產(chǎn)效率低,易產(chǎn)生過切等嚴重后果。研發(fā)自動整形裝備,不僅可以提高生產(chǎn)效率和加工精度,還可以保護工人人身安全,減少新型發(fā)動機研制過程中不必要的損失。 本文以固體火箭發(fā)動機整形機床為研究對象,研究了固體火箭發(fā)動機藥柱安全加工工藝,完成了整形機床機械結構的設計,用Pro/E軟件繪制了機床各個零件的三維圖和裝配圖。并用AutoCAD軟件繪制了機床的二維裝配圖和需要加工零件的二維零件圖。 由于火箭藥柱狹長,內部加工空間有限,本機床采用了主軸可偏轉機構來解決這個難題。但是當主軸偏轉一定角度后,其繞自身軸線的回轉速度和加速度會產(chǎn)生波動。為減小加工時對藥柱的沖擊,本文對機床的主軸部件進行了運動學分析。用Adams軟件對機床主軸結構進行了運動仿真,得到了相關數(shù)據(jù)。根據(jù)設計尺寸和運動機構特點求算出了主軸機構聯(lián)動公式,用Matlab軟件對得出公式繪制了圖像,并把數(shù)據(jù)與Adams得出的數(shù)據(jù)進行了對比。 本文對機床的控制系統(tǒng)做了詳細規(guī)劃,采用以PMAC運動控制器為核心的開放式控制系統(tǒng),以實現(xiàn)多軸聯(lián)動控制和實時通訊,使用了符合防爆要求的伺服電機和各種傳感器。規(guī)劃了控制系統(tǒng)軟件模塊,用VC++開發(fā)了軟件界面。
[Abstract]:Solid rocket motor (SRM) is widely used in aerospace field and has important strategic significance. Our country is in the international leading level in propellant preparation and cavity design of solid rocket motor, but the equipment automation level of manufacturing solid rocket motor is not high, and the process equipment is backward. It is imperative to develop the automatic equipment of independent intellectual property. Shaping is an important step in the engine manufacturing process, which directly determines the final shape of the inner cavity. For a long time, the shaping of solid rocket motor in our country has been finished by hand, the production efficiency is low, and the serious consequences such as overcutting are easy to be produced. The development of automatic shaping equipment can not only improve production efficiency and processing accuracy, but also protect workers' personal safety and reduce unnecessary losses in the development of new engine. In this paper, the solid rocket motor plastic machine tool is taken as the research object, the safe processing technology of solid rocket motor charge column is studied, the mechanical structure design of the shaping machine tool is completed, and the 3D and assembly drawings of each part of the machine tool are drawn with Pro/E software. The two-dimensional assembly drawing of machine tool and the two-dimensional part drawing of parts needed to be machined are plotted by AutoCAD software. Because of the narrow and narrow rocket charge, the internal processing space is limited, so the spindle deflectable mechanism is used to solve this problem. However, the rotation velocity and acceleration around its axis will fluctuate when the spindle deflects at a certain angle. In order to reduce the impact on the grain, the kinematic analysis of the spindle parts of the machine tool is carried out in this paper. The motion simulation of the spindle structure of the machine tool is carried out with Adams software, and the relevant data are obtained. According to the design size and the characteristics of the motion mechanism, the linkage formula of the spindle mechanism is calculated, and the image is drawn with the formula obtained by Matlab software, and the data is compared with the data obtained by Adams. In this paper, the control system of the machine tool is planned in detail. The open control system with PMAC motion controller as the core is adopted to realize the multi-axis linkage control and real-time communication. The servo motor and various sensors that meet the requirements of anti-explosion are used. The software module of the control system is planned and the software interface is developed with VC.
