通信設(shè)備制造企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提升對策研究

【摘要】:科學技術(shù)作為社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的動力源泉和堅實基礎(chǔ),特別隨著知識經(jīng)濟時代的到來,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力已成為企業(yè)獲取利潤和發(fā)展的源泉。通信設(shè)備制造企業(yè)作為以知識密度大、技術(shù)及人才密集等為主要特點的行業(yè)來說,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力是企業(yè)的核心競爭力,而企業(yè)如何在市場競爭中取決成功主要由其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的大小決定。因此對通信設(shè)備制造企業(yè)來說,該如何提升其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力是一個迫切需要解決的難題。 論文在對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的相關(guān)理論進行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國通信設(shè)備制造行業(yè)以及其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的特征,從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的信息能力、投入能力、研發(fā)能力、管理能力、產(chǎn)出能力、營銷能力六個方面設(shè)計出通信設(shè)備制造企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力綜合評價指標體系。繼而,通過評價方法的選擇,指出模糊綜合評價方法不僅解決了專家認識上的模糊性問題,而且對影響因素之間有較大相關(guān)性的復雜巨系統(tǒng)問題有很強的適用性,解決了專家能力差異等問題。最后通過對國內(nèi)56家通信設(shè)備制造企業(yè)問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果分析,定量的計算出我國通信設(shè)備制造企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展水平,并分析指出我國通信設(shè)備制造企業(yè)缺乏有力的資金投入、對于創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的營銷能力不足、部分企業(yè)對于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的意識以及管理還存在不足等問題。針對這些問題,結(jié)合我國的實際國情,認為從企業(yè)層面我國通信設(shè)備制造企業(yè)應(yīng)該建立有利于企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的多渠道投資制度、加強技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的意識、健全技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的激勵機制,從政府層面來說應(yīng)該建立良好的財政支持體系、完善知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護體系、拓展企業(yè)創(chuàng)新融資渠道。
[Abstract]:Science and technology as the motive source and solid foundation of social economic development, especially with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the ability of technological innovation has become the source of profit and development of enterprises. As an industry characterized by high density of knowledge, intensive technology and talent, the ability of technological innovation is the core competitiveness of communication equipment manufacturing enterprises. And how the enterprise in the market competition depends on its technological innovation ability. Therefore, how to improve the technological innovation ability of communication equipment manufacturing enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. On the basis of the research on the related theories of enterprise's technological innovation ability, combining with the characteristics of China's communication equipment manufacturing industry and its technological innovation ability, this paper discusses the information ability, input ability, R & D capability and management ability of technological innovation. The comprehensive evaluation index system of technical innovation ability of communication equipment manufacturing enterprises is designed in six aspects: output ability and marketing ability. Then, through the selection of evaluation method, it is pointed out that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method not only solves the fuzzy problem in expert cognition, but also has a strong applicability to the complex giant system problem which has a great correlation between the influencing factors. Solve the expert ability difference and other problems. Finally, through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey of 56 domestic communication equipment manufacturing enterprises, the development level of the technological innovation ability of the communication equipment manufacturing enterprises in China is calculated quantitatively. It is pointed out that the communication equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country lack strong capital input, the marketing ability of innovative products is insufficient, and some enterprises still lack the consciousness and management of technological innovation. In view of these problems, combined with the actual situation of our country, the author thinks that the enterprises of communication equipment manufacturing in our country should establish a multi-channel investment system that is favorable to the technological innovation of enterprises, and strengthen the consciousness of technological innovation. To perfect the incentive mechanism of technological innovation, the government should establish a good financial support system, perfect the intellectual property protection system, and expand the innovative financing channels of enterprises.
