熱軋地下卷取機助卷系統(tǒng)力學(xué)分析及踏步控制

【摘要】:地下卷取機在現(xiàn)代熱連軋帶鋼生產(chǎn)中處于十分重要的地位。目前國內(nèi)各大鋼鐵公司使用的較先進的卷取機都是依賴國外技術(shù),,國內(nèi)尚欠缺自行系統(tǒng)地進行地下卷取機的整體設(shè)計能力。 究其主要原因有,研究深度不夠,基礎(chǔ)性研究沒有跟上實際應(yīng)用,同時沒有很好的掌握卷取機的工藝過程、結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),沒有很好的建立數(shù)學(xué)模型以及控制數(shù)學(xué)模型等問題。提高現(xiàn)代熱連軋設(shè)備的總體設(shè)計能力,推進熱連軋成套技術(shù)國產(chǎn)化勢在必行。 本文以全面自主開發(fā)集成的唐鋼熱連軋1700生產(chǎn)線中的卷取設(shè)備為研究對象,經(jīng)過充分消化國外先進技術(shù),分別在卷取工藝及關(guān)鍵設(shè)備研制、助卷系統(tǒng)數(shù)理模型研究、理論研究踏步控制模型新探三個層面上,進行了全面總結(jié)和深入分析。其中理論研究所作出具體工作如下: 根據(jù)唐鋼1700卷取機的具體結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝特點,進行了助卷輥系統(tǒng)的運動學(xué)、靜力學(xué)分析,揭示了卷取機助卷系統(tǒng)輥縫、壓力補償系數(shù)、重力補償系數(shù)和驅(qū)動油缸壓力的變化規(guī)律。并對夾送輥單元的輥縫、壓力變化規(guī)律進行了分析計算,結(jié)合夾送輥單元的自重、彈簧彈性力、主伺服液壓缸的作用力、輥壓力等,分析了諸力之間的相互影響關(guān)系。進行了力學(xué)分析和踏步函數(shù)控制的一些嘗試性研究。 本文為解決國產(chǎn)化過程中遇到的重大技術(shù)難題,起到了所應(yīng)有的作用。同時本文的研究方法,為我國在地下卷取機自動踏步控制上,盡快推出擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的專利,提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:The underground coiler is very important in the production of hot strip. At present, the advanced coiler used by major domestic iron and steel companies depends on foreign technology, and the whole design ability of underground coiler is still lacking in our country. The main reasons are that the research depth is not enough, the basic research does not keep up with the practical application, and at the same time, the process of the coiler, the structural parameters, the establishment of mathematical models and the control of mathematical models are not well grasped. It is imperative to improve the overall design capability of the modern hot strip rolling equipment and to promote the localization of the complete set of hot strip rolling technology. In this paper, taking the coiling equipment in the integrated hot strip 1700 production line of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company as the research object, after fully digesting the foreign advanced technology, the coiling process and the key equipment are developed, and the mathematical model of the coiling system is studied. Three levels of theoretical research on stepping control model, a comprehensive summary and in-depth analysis are carried out. Among them, the Institute of theoretical Studies has done the following: According to the concrete structure and technological characteristics of 1700 coiler of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., the kinematics and statics analysis of coiling system are carried out, and the variation law of roll gap, pressure compensation coefficient, gravity compensation coefficient and driving cylinder pressure of coiling system are revealed. The variation law of roll gap and pressure of the clamping roller unit is analyzed and calculated. The mutual influence relationship between the various forces is analyzed according to the weight of the roller unit, the spring elastic force, the acting force of the main servo hydraulic cylinder, the roll pressure, and so on. The mechanical analysis and some tentative studies of step function control are carried out. This paper plays an important role in solving the major technical problems encountered in the process of localization. At the same time, the research method of this paper provides a new way for our country to launch the patent with independent intellectual property right as soon as possible in the automatic step control of underground coiler.
