【摘要】:中國(guó)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,擴(kuò)大了對(duì)工業(yè)鋪布機(jī)的需求,也帶來(lái)了拉布設(shè)備升級(jí)的發(fā)展要求。隨著紡織業(yè)的發(fā)展、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)的提高,服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備的需求也越來(lái)越高,這對(duì)鋪布設(shè)備的自動(dòng)化控制水平提出了更高的要求。由于國(guó)內(nèi)大部分鋪布設(shè)備不具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),我國(guó)鋪布機(jī)制造行業(yè)長(zhǎng)期處于被動(dòng)局面,因此研究并開(kāi)發(fā)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的鋪布機(jī)系統(tǒng)對(duì)我國(guó)服裝制造行業(yè)甚至自動(dòng)控制領(lǐng)域都具有非常重要的意義。 工業(yè)自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域,可編程控制器(PLC)、CAD/CAM、機(jī)器人已成為自動(dòng)控制的三大技術(shù)支柱。PLC是用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的電控制器,采用可以編制程序的存儲(chǔ)器,用來(lái)在執(zhí)行邏輯運(yùn)算、順序運(yùn)算、定時(shí)計(jì)時(shí)和算術(shù)運(yùn)算等指令,并能通過(guò)數(shù)字式或模擬式的輸入和輸出,控制各種類型的機(jī)械或生產(chǎn)過(guò)程。目前伺服電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用已相當(dāng)廣泛,PLC與高性能伺服系統(tǒng)的綜合應(yīng)用能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)精確的定位控制。 本文首先介紹了工業(yè)鋪布機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)與工藝控制流程,然后確定了系統(tǒng)的總體控制方案,主運(yùn)動(dòng)控制平臺(tái)采用PLC與高性能伺服系統(tǒng)組成的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),配合普通I/O控制完成對(duì)電機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)。主行程的控制既滿足位置控制精度的要求,又對(duì)速度曲線作了規(guī)劃,保證了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。完成了觸摸屏的組態(tài),并實(shí)現(xiàn)與下位機(jī)的通信,設(shè)計(jì)的人機(jī)界面友好,,直觀形象,操作簡(jiǎn)便。經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試,所設(shè)計(jì)工業(yè)鋪布機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果,鋪料位置誤差控制在3mm之內(nèi),鋪布機(jī)的功能較為完善。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's garment industry has expanded the demand for industrial cloth laying machines and brought about the development requirements of cloth drawing equipment upgrading. With the development of textile industry and the improvement of automatic control technology, the demand for automatic equipment in garment industry is higher and higher, which puts forward higher requirements to the automation control level of cloth laying equipment. As most of the domestic cloth laying equipment does not have independent intellectual property rights, our cloth laying machine manufacturing industry has been in a passive situation for a long time. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and develop the cloth laying machine system with independent intellectual property rights for the garment industry and even the automatic control field of our country. In the field of industrial automation, programmable logic controller (PLC) has become the three technical pillars of automatic control. PLC is an electric controller used in industrial field. It uses programmable memory to perform logical operations and sequential operations. Timing and arithmetic instructions, and the ability to control all types of mechanical or production processes through digital or analog inputs and outputs. At present, the application of servo motor control system has been widely used. The integrated application of PLC and high performance servo system can realize accurate positioning control. This paper first introduces the structure and process control flow of industrial laying machine, and then determines the overall control scheme of the system. The main motion control platform is composed of PLC and high performance servo system. Complete the motor drive with ordinary I / O control. The control of the main stroke not only meets the requirement of position control precision, but also makes the speed curve programming to ensure the smooth operation of the whole system. The configuration of touch screen is completed, and the communication with lower computer is realized. The designed interface is friendly, intuitionistic and easy to operate. After testing, the control system of the industrial laying machine has achieved the expected effect, the position error of the laying material is controlled within 3mm, and the function of the laying machine is relatively perfect.
