【摘要】：該實踐報告基于本人在《中國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)》雜志社專業(yè)實習(xí)期間積累的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)文本英漢互譯語料,通過結(jié)合功能學(xué)派翻譯理論,分析知識產(chǎn)權(quán)文本的特點,歸納了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)文本的英漢互譯技巧及注意事項,總結(jié)了翻譯知識產(chǎn)權(quán)文本的心得和個人局限,為今后的同領(lǐng)域英漢、漢英翻譯提供參考和借鑒。 本報告對本人專業(yè)實踐的項目背景、目標和意義進行了說明。隨后介紹了本文所分析的兩篇翻譯材料(一篇漢譯英,一篇英譯漢)的出處、基本內(nèi)容和語言特點。根據(jù)所選材料的基本特征,本文選擇了功能學(xué)派的翻譯理論作為基本理論框架,并根據(jù)此理論的基本原則和要求,總結(jié)了相關(guān)文本翻譯的基本方法,包括：詞性轉(zhuǎn)換法、長句拆分法和語態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化法等。 結(jié)合兩個文本材料的具體內(nèi)容,本文分析了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)文本翻譯中字詞、句型和段落篇章特點和難點,同時結(jié)合相關(guān)的翻譯理論知識,總結(jié)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)文本的翻譯翻譯技巧。在結(jié)語中,本人分享知識產(chǎn)權(quán)文本的翻譯心得,同時提出一定的翻譯建議。
[Abstract]:This practice report is based on the English and Chinese translation data of intellectual property texts accumulated by me during the academic practice of China intellectual property Rights magazine, and analyzes the characteristics of intellectual property texts by combining the functional school translation theory. This paper sums up the translation skills and matters needing attention of the intellectual property texts, summarizes the experience and personal limitations of translating intellectual property texts, and provides references for future English-Chinese, Chinese-English translation in the same field. This report describes the background, objectives and significance of my professional practice. Then it introduces the origin, basic content and language characteristics of the two translation materials (one from Chinese to English and one from English to Chinese). According to the basic characteristics of the selected materials, this paper chooses the functional translation theory as the basic theoretical framework, and according to the basic principles and requirements of this theory, summarizes the basic methods of text translation, including: part of speech translation method. Long sentence split method and voice transformation method and so on. Combined with the specific contents of the two texts, this paper analyzes the features and difficulties of words, sentence patterns and paragraphs in the translation of intellectual property rights texts. At the same time, it summarizes the translation skills of intellectual property texts by combining the relevant translation theory knowledge. In the conclusion, I share my experience in the translation of intellectual property texts and give some translation suggestions.
