【摘要】：當前，產(chǎn)業(yè)成本的國別差距逐漸縮小，技術(shù)創(chuàng)新步伐日益加快，全球產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新博弈已經(jīng)拉開序幕。與此同時，在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新全球化背景下各國（地區(qū)）技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動的協(xié)調(diào)融合發(fā)展，以技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的產(chǎn)業(yè)分工跨越國家邊界拓展到了全球范圍，為我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的國際化提供了良好的契機。產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的國際化意味著國際化節(jié)點，國際化聯(lián)結(jié)與國際化資源進入到東道國的的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)，必然會對東道國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的知識資源存量、知識資源質(zhì)量，知識流動速度，知識流動方向產(chǎn)生影響，進而影響東道國的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出。目前關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化的系統(tǒng)研究還不多見，大多數(shù)研究針對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)，某一具體產(chǎn)業(yè)，或者是某特定產(chǎn)業(yè)中的企業(yè)創(chuàng)新國際化發(fā)展進行分析和探討。由于時間序列數(shù)據(jù)難以獲得，從整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)層面分析和刻畫產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系國際化演進過程；對產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的影響進行實證檢驗的相關(guān)研究更為缺乏。因此研究產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化的演進過程及對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響這一問題具有重要的理論與實踐意義。 本文通過文獻閱讀與理論推演，闡明了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化演進的特征，影響因素及演進過程；分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化程度對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的影響機理；運用專利計量法，社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法，計量經(jīng)濟分析方法，問卷調(diào)查法，直觀刻畫產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的拓撲圖，展示國際化演進過程；構(gòu)建計量經(jīng)濟模型對產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化程度與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響關(guān)系進行實證檢驗；通過問卷調(diào)查，，分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化的背景下企業(yè)國際化活動的廣度與深度對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響機理以及企業(yè)內(nèi)生的知識吸收能力對創(chuàng)新績效的調(diào)節(jié)作用，并通過問卷調(diào)查采集數(shù)據(jù)，進行了實證檢驗；主要的內(nèi)容包括： 第一，分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化演進的機理與過程以及國際化演進對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響機理。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新全球化是產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化的主要背景；整合全球創(chuàng)新資源以及知識資源互補是主要動因。產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化具有互動性，漸進性等典型特征。創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)，產(chǎn)業(yè)特征以及知識屬性對產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化產(chǎn)生影響。在跨國公司研發(fā)國際化的推動以及本地企業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)的拉動雙重機制的作用下，產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化的不同階段出現(xiàn)的不同的網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征。知識溢出與知識轉(zhuǎn)移是產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中跨國知識流動的主要形式；產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)具備知識耗散結(jié)構(gòu)特征，從外界不斷吸收新的知識是維系其有序發(fā)展的主要動力。表征產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新國際化的四個變量為：國際化子網(wǎng)規(guī)模，國際化子網(wǎng)相對規(guī)模，國際化聯(lián)結(jié)以及國際化子網(wǎng)密度，它們對突破式技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，以及漸進式技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)生影響。 第二，定量描述與直觀刻畫產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化的演進過程，對前面提出的相關(guān)假設(shè)進行實證檢驗。先以汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)為樣本，采集合作專利數(shù)據(jù)，采用Ucinet軟件構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)，分析其國際化演進過程；接著，搜集汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)1991-2010年在中國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局由境內(nèi)申請人申請的所有專利總量，應(yīng)用協(xié)整理論與方法對國際化子網(wǎng)規(guī)模，國際化子網(wǎng)聯(lián)結(jié)，國際化子網(wǎng)密度與自主技術(shù)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的關(guān)系進行實證檢驗，實證結(jié)果顯示了國際化子網(wǎng)規(guī)模對我國自主技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的“擠出”效應(yīng)；國際化聯(lián)結(jié)，國際化子網(wǎng)密度對我國的自主創(chuàng)新有顯著的積極作用。 第三，分析了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動國際化程度對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效的影響。基于知識流動的視角，分析國際化廣度及國際化深度對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響并發(fā)展出假設(shè)，進而推論出產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化背景下，知識吸收能力應(yīng)該由知識識別能力，知識獲取能力，知識轉(zhuǎn)換能力以及知識運用能力構(gòu)成。并對知識吸收能力對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的調(diào)節(jié)作用進行分析并發(fā)展出相應(yīng)的假設(shè)；最后構(gòu)建了相關(guān)概念模型。 第四，通過問卷調(diào)查法對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新國際化深度，廣度及知識吸收能力的調(diào)節(jié)作用進行實證檢驗。首先發(fā)展出相應(yīng)的測度指標體系，其次通過訪談與試調(diào)研對量表做出修訂并發(fā)展出最終問卷；最后用多元回歸積極分組回歸的方式對國際化廣度，深度的主效應(yīng)，以及知識吸收能力的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)進行了實證檢驗，結(jié)果表明，企業(yè)創(chuàng)新國際化廣度和深度對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效有顯著影響，知識吸收能力對廣度與創(chuàng)新績效之間關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用顯著，知識吸收能力對深度與創(chuàng)新績效之間的調(diào)節(jié)作用不顯著。 最后，在總結(jié)實證研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合全文的研究，從產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)兩個層面提出了推動技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提升的政策建議與管理對策。本研究的主要創(chuàng)新點在于基于雙維視角對產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化如何影響技術(shù)創(chuàng)新展開了深入探討，從產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)兩大層次，建構(gòu)了一個包含產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化、跨國知識流動、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出三大范疇共19個變量的理論框架，系統(tǒng)地揭示了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)國際化以跨國知識流動為機制影響產(chǎn)業(yè)及企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效的過程。
[Abstract]:At the same time , in the background of technological innovation globalization , the coordination and integration of technological innovation activities of countries ( regions ) has developed rapidly . At the same time , in the context of the globalization of technological innovation , the coordination and integration of technological innovation activities in the host country has developed into the global scope .
Therefore , it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the evolution process of the internationalization of industrial innovation network and its influence on technological innovation .

Based on the literature review and theoretical deduction , this paper expounds the characteristics , influencing factors and evolution process of the internationalization of industrial innovation network .
The influence mechanism of the internationalization degree of industrial innovation network on technological innovation output is analyzed .
By using patent measurement method , social network analysis method , measurement economic analysis method , questionnaire survey method and visual depiction industry innovation network topological graph , the internationalization evolution process is shown ;
To build a measurement economic model to empirically test the relationship between the internationalization degree of industrial innovation network and technological innovation ;
This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of enterprise internationalization and the adjustment of knowledge absorption ability on innovation performance under the background of internationalization of industry innovation network through questionnaire , and makes an empirical test through questionnaire data collection .
The main contents include :

First , it analyzes the mechanism and process of the internationalization of industrial innovation network and the influence mechanism of international evolution on technological innovation . The globalization of technological innovation is the main background of the internationalization of industry innovation network ;
The integration of global innovation resources and the complementation of knowledge resources is the main reason . The internationalization of industrial innovation network has the typical characteristics of interactivity and progressiveness . The innovation foundation , industry characteristic and knowledge attribute have an impact on the internationalization of industrial innovation network .
The network of industry innovation has the structure of knowledge dissipation , and it is the main power to keep the new knowledge from the outside world . The four variables that characterize the internationalization of technological innovation in industry are : internationalization sub - network scale , internationalization sub - network relative scale , international connection and internationalization sub - network density , their impact on breakthrough technology innovation and gradual technological innovation .

The second , quantitative description and the evolution process of the internationalization of the innovative network of the visual depiction industry , empirical test is carried out on the previous relevant assumptions . Firstly , the automobile industry is taken as the sample , the cooperation patent data is collected , and the industry innovation network is constructed by using the Ucinet software , and the internationalization evolution process is analyzed ;
Then , collecting the total amount of all patents filed by the auto industry from 1991 to 2010 in China ' s Intellectual Property Office by the applicant , applying the co - integration theory and method to empirically test the relationship between the internationalization sub - network scale , the internationalization sub - network connection , the internationalization sub - network density and the independent technological innovation output , the empirical results show that the scale of the internationalization is the " extrusion " effect of the independent technological innovation in China ;
Internationalization connection , internationalization sub - network density has a significant positive effect on our country ' s independent innovation .

Thirdly , the influence of internationalization degree of enterprise ' s innovation activities on technological innovation performance is analyzed . Based on the perspective of knowledge flow , the influence of internationalization breadth and internationalization depth on technological innovation is analyzed and the hypothesis is developed .
Finally , the related conceptual model is constructed .

Fourthly , through the questionnaire investigation , we empirically test the adjustment of the internationalization depth , the breadth and the knowledge absorptive capacity of the enterprise ' s technological innovation . First , the corresponding index system is developed . Secondly , the questionnaire is revised and developed through the interview and trial investigation .
The results show that the breadth and depth of enterprise ' s innovation internationalization has significant influence on the performance of technological innovation , and the ability of knowledge absorption plays a significant role in the relationship between breadth and innovation performance , and the ability of knowledge absorption has no significant effect on the adjustment between depth and innovation performance .

Finally , on the basis of summarizing the conclusion of the empirical research , the paper puts forward the policy suggestion and management countermeasure of promoting technological innovation innovation from the two aspects of industry and enterprise . The main innovation points of this research are to discuss how to influence the innovation of technological innovation in the internationalization of industrial innovation network based on the two - dimensional visual angle , and construct a theoretical framework of 19 variables including internationalization of industry innovation network , transnational knowledge flow and technological innovation output .
