地質(zhì)巖心鉆探輔助設(shè)計系統(tǒng)研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:近年來,隨著計算機技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)都出現(xiàn)了越來越多的專業(yè)應(yīng)用軟件。但是,地質(zhì)巖心鉆探輔助設(shè)計方面的軟件研發(fā)卻進(jìn)展緩慢。目前我國地質(zhì)巖心鉆探工程的設(shè)計還只停留在手工設(shè)計、手工繪圖的階段,設(shè)計效率低下,信息化水平不夠。隨著巖心鉆探難度的加大以及國家對資源勘探工作投入的增加,開發(fā)出一套完整的地質(zhì)巖心鉆探設(shè)計軟件十分有必要。 本文以《科學(xué)鉆探設(shè)計軟件及超深井鉆探技術(shù)方案預(yù)研究》項目為依托,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)分析了地質(zhì)巖心鉆探設(shè)計流程,運用計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)編程技術(shù),開發(fā)了一套具有獨立自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的地質(zhì)巖心鉆探輔助設(shè)計系統(tǒng),主要開展了以下研究工作: 1、通過調(diào)研國內(nèi)外大量文獻(xiàn)資料,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)分析了地質(zhì)巖心鉆探設(shè)計的詳細(xì)流程,為地質(zhì)巖心鉆探輔助設(shè)計提供了可靠的設(shè)計依據(jù)。 2、根據(jù)《地質(zhì)巖心鉆探規(guī)程》及其他規(guī)范等資料,建立了開展地質(zhì)鉆探工程設(shè)計所需資料庫,包括地層信息庫、鉆進(jìn)方法庫、工藝參數(shù)庫、工程案例庫等數(shù)據(jù)庫,并編程設(shè)計了接口界面供用戶管理維護(hù)和查詢這些數(shù)據(jù)庫信息。 3、根據(jù)地質(zhì)巖心鉆探的設(shè)計流程,基于ZK+Hibernate框架,采用MVVM+MVC模式開發(fā)出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)瀏覽器的地質(zhì)巖心鉆探輔助設(shè)計人機界面,,以輔助用戶開展繪制地質(zhì)柱狀圖、鉆孔結(jié)構(gòu)圖、選用鉆進(jìn)方法、施工機具和施工工藝參數(shù)等設(shè)計工作。 4、采用Html5技術(shù)開發(fā)出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)瀏覽器的地質(zhì)巖心鉆探輔助繪圖系統(tǒng),以根據(jù)用戶的地質(zhì)巖心鉆探設(shè)計信息動態(tài)繪制出地質(zhì)柱狀圖、鉆孔結(jié)構(gòu)圖和施工進(jìn)度圖,并實現(xiàn)圖形的保存與輸出。 5、采用FineReport報表技術(shù)開發(fā)出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)瀏覽器的地質(zhì)巖心鉆探設(shè)計報告自動生成系統(tǒng),以形成系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范的地質(zhì)巖心鉆探設(shè)計報告,并實現(xiàn)設(shè)計報告的保存(PDF、Word等格式)和打印輸出。
[Abstract]:In recent years , with the rapid development of computer technology , there are more and more professional application software in all walks of life . However , the design of geological core drilling engineering is slow . At present , the design of geological core drilling engineering is still only in hand design , the stage of manual drawing , the low design efficiency and the insufficient information level . With the increase of the difficulty of core drilling and the increase of the country ' s investment in resource exploration , it is necessary to develop a complete set of geological core drilling design software .

Based on the pre - study project of scientific drilling design software and ultra - deep well drilling technology , this paper analyzes the design flow of geological core drilling , uses computer network programming technology , develops a set of geological core drilling auxiliary design system with independent intellectual property rights , mainly carries out the following research work :

1 . Through the investigation and research at home and abroad , the detailed flow of geological core drilling design is summarized and analyzed , and the reliable design basis for geological core drilling auxiliary design is provided .

2 . Based on the data of geological core drilling procedure and other specifications , a database for geological drilling engineering design is established , including formation information base , drilling method library , process parameter library , engineering case database and other databases , and the interface interface is programmed for user management to maintain and query these database information .

3 . Based on the design flow of geological core drilling , a human - machine interface based on the network browser is developed using MVVM + MVC pattern , which is based on the framework of geological core drilling , which is based on the framework of MVVM + MVC to assist the user in drawing geologic column chart , drilling structure chart , selecting drilling method , construction machine tool and construction process parameters .

4 . Using Html5 technology , a geological core drilling auxiliary drawing system based on web browser is developed to dynamically draw geologic column chart , borehole structure chart and construction progress chart according to the geological core drilling design information of the user , and realize the saving and output of the drawing .

5 . The automatic generation system of geological core drilling design based on web browser is developed with FineReport technology , so as to form the system and specification geological core drilling design report , and realize the preservation of design report ( PDF , Word , etc . ) and printout .
