3500箱集裝箱船設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化與工藝研究

【摘要】:3500箱集裝箱船是上海船廠船舶有限公司(以下稱“上船”)和上海船舶研究設(shè)計(jì)院共同開(kāi)發(fā)和研制的擁有獨(dú)立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的PANAMAX型集裝箱船。從2001年6月29日與德國(guó)船東Norddeutsche Vermogen公司簽訂2艘船的建造合同起到2009年底為止的九年時(shí)間里,上船共計(jì)向4家德國(guó)船東出口了31艘相同船型(10個(gè)不同的版本)的3500箱集裝箱船。同時(shí)還協(xié)助浙江造船有限公司設(shè)計(jì)及建造了兩艘同類型的船舶。 在第一批3500箱集裝箱船(S197/198)開(kāi)始建造時(shí),上船就開(kāi)始著手針對(duì)其的設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化工作。S197/198合同簽訂時(shí)是3100箱集裝箱船,到完工交船時(shí)已經(jīng)優(yōu)化為3500箱集裝箱船。由于優(yōu)化后性能卓越,又陸續(xù)贏得新的訂單,新的訂單又激勵(lì)船廠繼續(xù)優(yōu)化。良性循環(huán)不僅使得上船前后一共贏得了31艘3500箱集裝箱船,同時(shí)還贏得了在其基礎(chǔ)上深度優(yōu)化的8艘3600箱集裝箱船和4艘新3500箱集裝箱船的訂單。 在設(shè)計(jì)3500箱集裝箱船的過(guò)程當(dāng)中,上船根據(jù)該船的實(shí)際情況以及不斷變化的規(guī)范規(guī)則,進(jìn)行了大量的優(yōu)化工作。本文僅著重論述在設(shè)計(jì)3500箱集裝箱船的過(guò)程當(dāng)中所進(jìn)行的以下幾個(gè)方面內(nèi)容的研究: 首先是總體性能。上船在3500箱集裝箱船的總體性能方面做了諸如綜合性能、總體布置、船體結(jié)構(gòu)等方面的優(yōu)化工作。其中,綜合性能方面涉及到主尺度優(yōu)化、船體線型優(yōu)化;總體布置優(yōu)化包括環(huán)保型的油水艙布置、貨艙區(qū)域布置、集裝箱布置、機(jī)艙布置以及上層建筑等的布置優(yōu)化;船體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化主要介紹了根據(jù)集裝箱船的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度優(yōu)化。此外,,根據(jù)不斷變化的市場(chǎng)需求,還介紹了上船進(jìn)行的船型優(yōu)化。 其次是下水方式。主要介紹了上船在浦東船臺(tái)長(zhǎng)度不足以及崇明船臺(tái)滑道相對(duì)于本船線型寬度過(guò)大的情況下,如何利用現(xiàn)有的硬件設(shè)施完成3500箱集裝箱船的下水任務(wù)。 第三是整體艉管的應(yīng)用。由于本船的艉管尺寸超過(guò)了上船的加工能力,上船通過(guò)引進(jìn)整體艉管,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)工藝控制研究,使得整體艉管的應(yīng)用日臻成熟,并根據(jù)實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)形成了上船的工廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 第四是基于環(huán)保規(guī)范規(guī)則的優(yōu)化。在近十年的建造過(guò)程中,不斷有新的有關(guān)環(huán)保方面的規(guī)范規(guī)則生效。本部分主要介紹了上船在滿足壓載水處理、低硫油等要求方面所做的工作。 最后順便簡(jiǎn)要介紹了一下為滿足船東為降低營(yíng)運(yùn)成本提高燃油粘度的要求進(jìn)行的優(yōu)化。 上述努力使得3500箱集裝箱船成為上船的知名產(chǎn)品,3500箱集裝箱船被稱為“上船”型集裝箱船。2005年9月16日,中國(guó)船舶工業(yè)集團(tuán)公司在上海主持召開(kāi)國(guó)家高技術(shù)船舶攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目《3500箱集裝箱船》成果鑒定會(huì)。鑒定會(huì)專家高度評(píng)價(jià)該船設(shè)計(jì)建造合理,技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)先進(jìn),達(dá)到了當(dāng)前國(guó)際同類船舶的先進(jìn)水平。
[Abstract]:The 3500 box container ship is a PANAMAX container ship with independent intellectual property rights developed and developed jointly by Shanghai Shipyard Shipping Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "aboard ship") and the Shanghai ship Research and Design Institute. In the nine years from June 29, 2001 to the end of 2009, when the contract was signed with Norddeutsche Vermogen, a German shipowner, a total of 31 container ships of the same type (10 different versions) were exported to 4 German shipowners. It also assisted Zhejiang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in the design and construction of two ships of the same type. When the first 3500 container ships S197 / 1988 began to be built, the ship began to work on design optimization for them. The contract S197 / 198 was signed with 3100 cases of container ships, and by the time the ship was completed and delivered, it had been optimized to 3500 cases. Because of the excellent performance after optimization, it has won new orders one after another, and the new orders have encouraged shipyards to continue optimization. The virtuous circle not only won 31 3500 container ships before and after embarking, but also won the order of 8 3600 box container ships and 4 new 3500 box container ships which were optimized in depth on the basis of them. In the course of designing 3500 cases container ship, a lot of optimization work has been carried out according to the actual situation of the ship and the changing standard rules. This paper focuses on the following aspects of the design of 3500 cases container ship: The first is the overall performance. The overall performance of 3500 cases container ship is optimized in the aspects of comprehensive performance, general arrangement, hull structure and so on. The general layout optimization includes oil and water tank layout, cargo tank area layout, container layout, engine room layout and superstructure layout. The structural strength optimization based on the structural characteristics of container ships is introduced in this paper. In addition, according to the changing market demand, the ship type optimization is introduced. The second is the launching method. This paper mainly introduces how to make use of the existing hardware facilities to complete the launching task of the 3500 box container ship under the condition that the length of the platform in Pudong is insufficient and the chong Ming slipway is too wide relative to the line type of the ship. The third is the application of integral stern tube. Because the size of the stern tube of the ship exceeds the processing capacity of the ship, the application of the stern tube is becoming more and more mature through the introduction of the integral stern tube and the study of the design process control, and the factory standard for embarking on the ship is formed according to the practical working experience. The fourth is based on the optimization of environmental norms and rules. In the last decade of construction, new regulations on environmental protection have been brought into effect. This part mainly introduces the work done on board the ship to meet the requirements of ballast water treatment and low sulfur oil. Finally, the optimization to meet the requirements of shipowners to reduce operating costs and increase fuel viscosity is briefly introduced. These efforts have made 3500 container ships a well-known product for embarkation. The container ship is known as the "ship on board" type container ship. On September 16, 2005, China Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd hosted the National High-tech ship attack Project < 3500 case Container ship > result Appraisal meeting in Shanghai. The experts of the appraisal committee highly appraised the design and construction of the ship is reasonable, the technical and economic indexes are advanced, and it has reached the advanced level of the same kind of ships in the world at present.
