臨境化盾構(gòu)施工遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著盾構(gòu)施工智能化程度的不斷提高,施工管理也必須朝著遠(yuǎn)程化、信息化的趨勢發(fā)展,研發(fā)先進(jìn)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已成為國內(nèi)外一項(xiàng)重要課題。本文針對于國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的盾構(gòu)機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)功能簡單、可視化程度低、交互方式不佳,而國外的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)價格昂貴且在國內(nèi)市場上用戶體驗(yàn)性較差等問題,采用臨境化的設(shè)計方法對盾構(gòu)施工遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,完成了整個系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。 本文主要從系統(tǒng)的可視化、交互性方面出發(fā),借助于三維技術(shù)等,將靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)文本衍生為形象的動態(tài)圖像信息,大大提高了用戶的體驗(yàn)感,文中對系統(tǒng)中著重體現(xiàn)這方面性能的全國項(xiàng)目管理模塊、項(xiàng)目信息概覽模塊以及機(jī)器數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計。首先,,對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了整體規(guī)劃,基于ASP.NET的B/S架構(gòu)搭建了系統(tǒng)框架,明確了系統(tǒng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建了母版頁;然后,基于Silverlight技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了全國項(xiàng)目管理模塊,以中國地圖為基礎(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目分布情況的呈現(xiàn)及項(xiàng)目概要信息的顯示;其次,基于“時間換空間”的設(shè)計思想,完成了項(xiàng)目信息概覽模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了眾多信息有條不紊的呈現(xiàn);最后,完成了機(jī)器數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控模塊的開發(fā),以三維動畫的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)了盾構(gòu)機(jī)位姿的實(shí)時顯示,以曲線圖的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)了傳感器歷史數(shù)據(jù)的查看等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the intelligent degree of shield construction, construction management must also move towards the development of remote and information technology. The research and development of advanced remote monitoring system has become an important topic at home and abroad. This paper aims at the problems such as simple function, low visualization and poor interaction mode of shield machine remote monitoring system based on domestic independent intellectual property rights, while the foreign monitoring system is expensive and has poor user experience in the domestic market. The remote monitoring system of shield construction is studied by using the method of environment design, and the whole system design is completed. Based on the visualization and interactivity of the system, and with the help of 3D technology, the static data text is derived into the image dynamic image information, which greatly improves the user's experience. In this paper, the national project management module, the project information overview module and the machine data monitoring module are designed in detail. First of all, the overall planning of the system is carried out, the system framework is built based on the B / S architecture of ASP.NET, the organizational structure of the system is clarified, and the master page is constructed. Then, the national project management module is implemented based on the Silverlight technology, based on the map of China. Secondly, based on the design idea of "time and space", the project information overview module is completed, and a lot of information is presented methodically. The development of the machine data monitoring module is completed, the real-time display of the position and pose of the shield machine is realized in the form of 3D animation, and the historical data of the sensor is viewed in the form of graph.
