【摘要】:近年來(lái),節(jié)能照明行業(yè)作為節(jié)能減排和綠色環(huán)保首當(dāng)其沖的行業(yè)一直快速發(fā)展,正成為全球科技創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的主要戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)之一。但由于節(jié)能照明行業(yè)長(zhǎng)期缺乏系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、法規(guī)的規(guī)范,在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、市場(chǎng)價(jià)格與行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入等諸多方面上存在較大混亂,因此,跨入這個(gè)行業(yè)相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單,但要生存下來(lái),進(jìn)而做大做強(qiáng)卻很困難。 論文嘗試從商務(wù)模式構(gòu)建的角度分析企業(yè)創(chuàng)立后生存與發(fā)展的過(guò)程,從而嘗試論證新創(chuàng)立企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中商務(wù)模式確定與演化的重要性。論文以哈佛大學(xué)的商務(wù)模式理論為基礎(chǔ),以廈門(mén)Q照明公司為案例分析對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)新創(chuàng)立照明企業(yè)的各種商務(wù)模式的比較,結(jié)合對(duì)廈門(mén)Q照明公司的實(shí)地調(diào)查,對(duì)該公司在照明行業(yè)創(chuàng)立后的商務(wù)模式進(jìn)行研究,從盈利來(lái)源、成本結(jié)構(gòu)、投資規(guī)模與關(guān)鍵成功因素等方面入手進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,通過(guò)這種分析來(lái)探討廈門(mén)Q照明公司如何從一個(gè)行業(yè)門(mén)外漢跨入節(jié)能照明行業(yè),然后如何利用資源共享實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利,以及如何通過(guò)價(jià)值鏈定位實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)做大做強(qiáng)的商務(wù)模式。 論文認(rèn)為Q照明公司之所以能取得成功正是因?yàn)檫x擇了比較恰當(dāng)?shù)纳虅?wù)模式,并且根據(jù)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行不斷的調(diào)整和演化是保持企業(yè)成功的重要因素。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the industry of energy-saving lighting has been developing rapidly as the industry of energy saving and emission reduction and green environmental protection. It is becoming one of the main battlefields of global scientific and technological innovation and product upgrading. However, due to the lack of systematic standards, regulations and regulations in the energy-saving lighting industry for a long time, there is considerable confusion in many aspects, such as intellectual property rights, market prices and access to the industry. Therefore, it is relatively simple to step into this industry, but it is necessary to survive. It is difficult to be big and strong. This paper attempts to analyze the process of survival and development after the establishment of a business model from the perspective of business model construction, thus trying to demonstrate the importance of the determination and evolution of the business model in the growth process of a newly established enterprise. Based on the business model theory of Harvard University, this paper takes Xiamen Q Lighting Company as the case study object, through the comparison of various business models of newly established lighting enterprises, combined with the field investigation of Xiamen Q Lighting Company. After the establishment of the lighting industry, the business model of the company is studied, and the profit source, cost structure, investment scale and key success factors are analyzed in detail. Through this analysis, this paper discusses how Xiamen Q Lighting Company has stepped into the energy-saving lighting industry from a layman, and then how to use the resource sharing to realize the profit, and how to realize the business model of making enterprises bigger and stronger through the orientation of value chain. It is believed that Q Lighting Company is successful because it chooses a more appropriate business model and constantly adjusts and evolves according to the actual situation is an important factor to maintain the success of the enterprise.
