【摘要】：正天津市科學學研究所創(chuàng)建于1983年1月,是我國最早的軟科學研究機構(gòu)之一,是天津市開展創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略研究與決策咨詢服務(wù)的智庫型機構(gòu)。主要從事科技戰(zhàn)略、科技體制改革、科技人才與政策、科技創(chuàng)新體系、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、科技管理、創(chuàng)新方法等方面的研究與咨詢服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The Tianjin Institute of science, founded in January 1983, is one of the earliest soft science research institutions in China. It is a think tank organization for the research and decision-making service of innovation strategy in Tianjin. It mainly engaged in science and technology strategy, reform of science and technology system, scientific and technological talents and policies, innovation system of science and technology, intellectual property, science and technology management, innovation method and so on. Research and consulting services.
