【摘要】：TD-LTE是目前移動(dòng)通信領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn),是中國(guó)提出的具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的3G標(biāo)準(zhǔn)TD-SCDMA的后續(xù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。同時(shí)分布式基站由于施工簡(jiǎn)單、布網(wǎng)靈活等多方面的優(yōu)點(diǎn),已成為目前3G、4G基站的主流解決方案。 本論文以TD-LTE2天線射頻拉遠(yuǎn)單元RRU項(xiàng)目的研發(fā)為背景,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)數(shù)字中頻模塊進(jìn)行了研究。首先介紹了TD-LTE及分布式基站的發(fā)展背景,然后在詳細(xì)分析了軟件無(wú)線電中數(shù)字中頻理論的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)本項(xiàng)目的需求提出了一種應(yīng)用于TD-LTE2天線RRU中數(shù)字中頻模塊的硬件設(shè)計(jì)方案。本設(shè)計(jì)方案采用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)方式,將數(shù)字中頻模塊劃分為電源模塊、處理器模塊、時(shí)鐘模塊、光接口模塊、邏輯模塊、混合電路模塊六個(gè)主要模塊,并詳細(xì)描述了各個(gè)模塊的主要功能和實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,以及信號(hào)處理的過程。在對(duì)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)和滿足相關(guān)指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮成本、效率等因素選擇了相應(yīng)的器件,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了各個(gè)模塊的硬件連接方式、外圍電路以及對(duì)外接口。最后通過單盤調(diào)測(cè)并與TRX模塊和模擬BBU系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了聯(lián)調(diào)測(cè)試,該數(shù)字中頻模塊在RRU系統(tǒng)中可以穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行并達(dá)到相關(guān)指標(biāo),具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:TD-LTE is a hot research topic in the field of mobile communication at present. It is the follow-up standard of 3G standard TD-SCDMA which has independent intellectual property rights put forward by China. It has a broad development prospect.At the same time, distributed base station has become the mainstream solution of 3G 4G base station because of its advantages of simple construction and flexible distribution.Based on the research and development of TD-LTE2 antenna RF remote unit RRU project, this paper focuses on digital if module.Firstly, the development background of TD-LTE and distributed base station is introduced, and then the theory of digital if in software radio is analyzed in detail.According to the requirements of this project, a hardware design scheme for digital if module in TD-LTE2 antenna RRU is proposed.The digital if module is divided into six main modules: power supply module, processor module, clock module, optical interface module, logic module and hybrid circuit module.The main function and realization mode of each module and the process of signal processing are described in detail.On the basis of realizing the function and meeting the related indexes, the corresponding devices are selected considering the cost and efficiency factors, and the hardware connection mode, peripheral circuit and external interface of each module are designed in detail.In the end, the digital if module can run stably in the RRU system and reach the relevant index through the single disc adjustment and test with the TRX module and the analog BBU system. It has certain practical value.
