【摘要】：高新技術(shù)企業(yè)是知識(shí)和技術(shù)密集型的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體。高新技術(shù)是高新技術(shù)企業(yè)生存的前提條件，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)是企業(yè)無(wú)形的資產(chǎn)和發(fā)展動(dòng)力。高新技術(shù)企業(yè)是否擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，特別是專利數(shù)量的多少及其質(zhì)量的高低對(duì)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)具有至關(guān)重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文以貴陽(yáng)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，特別是專利和商標(biāo)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，探討了高新技術(shù)企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理過(guò)程中的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造、管理、保護(hù)及運(yùn)用4個(gè)過(guò)程的現(xiàn)狀，分析了高新技術(shù)企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)及存在問(wèn)題，通過(guò)對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r相關(guān)分析，得出5個(gè)方面的結(jié)論： 1.在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)投入因子中，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)工作投入是影響知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的主要因素。二者成正相關(guān)關(guān)系，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)工作投入的增加，代表著企業(yè)對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)工作的重視程度，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)工作投入越多，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r更好。 2.在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理機(jī)構(gòu)人才建設(shè)因子中，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理人才，，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理機(jī)構(gòu)均是影響知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展的主要因素，并且成正相關(guān)關(guān)系。 3.知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)內(nèi)部控制制度建設(shè)因子中，企業(yè)設(shè)立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)跟蹤預(yù)警機(jī)制、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)內(nèi)部管理制度建設(shè)以及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)培訓(xùn)是影響企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展的主要因素，并且成正相關(guān)關(guān)系。知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)內(nèi)部控制制度建立的越完善，說(shuō)明企業(yè)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的越有效、科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)，體現(xiàn)出企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r更好。 4.知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)應(yīng)用的三個(gè)因素均與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展呈顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系。其中，專利產(chǎn)品種類占新產(chǎn)品種類比重對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的影響最大，其次為專利實(shí)施率，再次為專利產(chǎn)品銷售額占總產(chǎn)品銷售額的比重。 5.對(duì)于有專利產(chǎn)品的企業(yè)，企業(yè)銷售額的增加主要是由專利產(chǎn)品帶動(dòng)的。
[Abstract]:High-tech enterprises are knowledge-and-technology-intensive economic entities.High-tech is the prerequisite for the survival of high-tech enterprises, intellectual property is the intangible assets and development power.Whether high-tech enterprises have independent intellectual property, especially the number and quality of patents, is of great strategic significance to high-tech enterprises.This paper takes the intellectual property rights of high-tech enterprises in Guiyang, especially patents and trademarks, as the research object, through questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis, discusses the creation and management of intellectual property rights in the process of intellectual property management of high-tech enterprises.This paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the development of intellectual property in high-tech enterprises, and draws five conclusions by analyzing the relevant analysis of the development of intellectual property.1.In the input factor of intellectual property, intellectual property investment is the main factor affecting the development of intellectual property.The increase of investment in intellectual property rights represents the degree of attention that enterprises attach to intellectual property work. The more investment in intellectual property work, the better the development of intellectual property rights.2.Among the talent construction factors of intellectual property management institutions, intellectual property management personnel and intellectual property management agencies are the main factors that affect the development of intellectual property rights and have positive correlation.3.In the internal control system of intellectual property rights, the establishment of intellectual property tracking and early warning mechanism, the construction of intellectual property internal management system and intellectual property training are the main factors affecting the development of intellectual property rights, and the positive correlation is formed.The more perfect the internal control system of intellectual property rights is, the more effective, scientific and systematic the intellectual property management of enterprises is, and the better the development of intellectual property rights of enterprises is.4.The three factors of intellectual property application are significantly related to the development of intellectual property.Among them, the proportion of patent product category to new product category has the greatest impact on the development of intellectual property rights, followed by patent implementation rate, and again the proportion of patent product sales to total product sales.5.For enterprises with patented products, the increase in business sales is mainly driven by patented products.
