【摘要】：近年來,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展以及智能終端的普及,數(shù)字產(chǎn)品的傳播性日益提升,同時也產(chǎn)生了日益嚴重的盜版和侵權(quán)問題,打擊了文化產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)作者的創(chuàng)作積極性。數(shù)字版權(quán)交易平臺是構(gòu)建數(shù)字版權(quán)交易模式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺,平時也承擔著向公眾轉(zhuǎn)播數(shù)字版權(quán)觀念、保護知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的職責。一個好的數(shù)字版權(quán)交易平臺能夠促進消費者心理認同,從而達到對版權(quán)認知的加深,促進版權(quán)商品交易的良性循環(huán)。在當前數(shù)字知識產(chǎn)權(quán)日益受到重視的背景下,數(shù)字出版行業(yè)空前火爆。新科技的發(fā)展推動數(shù)字版權(quán)產(chǎn)業(yè)加速前進,但技術(shù)是把雙刃劍,科技的發(fā)展使得盜版成本大幅降低、盜版?zhèn)鞑ジ颖憷?與此同時知識產(chǎn)權(quán)持有人的維權(quán)成本和維權(quán)難度大大增加,數(shù)字版權(quán)交易方面的糾紛不斷�；谖覈鴶�(shù)字版權(quán)交易平臺當前的發(fā)展情況,本文對我國當下存在的數(shù)字版權(quán)交易平臺進行具體案例具體分析,并提出針對性的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在數(shù)字媒體不斷發(fā)展的背景下,本文以數(shù)字版權(quán)交易平臺為主要研究方向,通過參考大量相關(guān)的研究資料,參與體驗現(xiàn)有的數(shù)字版權(quán)交易平臺,從而對搜集到的信息進行分析匯總,得到當前數(shù)字版權(quán)交易平臺建設(shè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。由于論文研究的對象正在不斷的摸索和試水期,市場發(fā)展并不成熟,相關(guān)研究文獻較少,因此在文中提出的當下研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題和應對策略等都對媒體的實際轉(zhuǎn)型和業(yè)界的發(fā)展具有指導性意義。本文的研究內(nèi)容具有較強的實用價值,以期通過對數(shù)字版權(quán)交易服務(wù)平臺的系統(tǒng)研究,給國內(nèi)遇到建設(shè)困難的數(shù)字版權(quán)交易平臺一些指導性的建議。另,現(xiàn)有的研究成果大多是圍繞數(shù)字版權(quán)交易平臺的單一細小問題的精確研究,對數(shù)字版權(quán)交易平臺的系統(tǒng)性、全面性研究并不多,而本文則將研究對象的發(fā)展的必要性、建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展瓶頸以及出路做系統(tǒng)完整的研究論述,因此更加具有研究意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the Internet and the popularity of intelligent terminals, the spread of digital products is increasing. At the same time, it also produces increasingly serious piracy and infringement problems, which has hit the creative enthusiasm of cultural product creators.Digital copyright trading platform is a network platform to construct digital copyright trading mode, and it also undertakes the responsibility of transmitting digital copyright concept to the public and protecting intellectual property rights.A good digital copyright trading platform can promote consumers' psychological identity, so as to deepen the awareness of copyright and promote the virtuous circle of copyright commodity trading.Under the background that digital intellectual property is paid more and more attention, digital publishing industry is becoming more and more popular.The development of new technology has accelerated the development of the digital copyright industry, but technology is a double-edged sword. With the development of technology, the cost of piracy has been greatly reduced, and the dissemination of pirated copies has become more convenient.At the same time, intellectual property rights holders of the rights of the cost and difficulty greatly increased, digital rights trading disputes.Based on the current development of digital copyright trading platform in China, this paper makes a specific case study on the existing digital copyright trading platform in China, and puts forward a targeted development strategy.Under the background of the continuous development of digital media, this paper takes the digital copyright trading platform as the main research direction, and experiences the existing digital rights trading platform by referring to a large number of relevant research materials.The information collected is analyzed and summarized, and the current status of digital copyright trading platform construction is obtained.Because the research object of the paper is constantly groping and testing period, the market development is not mature, and the relevant research literature is relatively few.Therefore, the problems and coping strategies proposed in the present study are instructive to the actual transformation of the media and the development of the industry.The research content of this paper is of great practical value, in the hope that through the systematic research on the digital copyright trading service platform, some instructive suggestions will be given to the domestic digital rights trading platform which is difficult to construct.In addition, most of the existing research results focus on the precise study of a single and small problem of digital copyright trading platform. There are few systematic and comprehensive studies on digital rights trading platform, and the necessity of the development of the research object will be discussed in this paper.Construction status, development bottlenecks and ways to do a complete system of research, so more research significance.
