【摘要】:黨的十八大報告提出了創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略,強調(diào)堅持走中國特色自主創(chuàng)新道路,,要更加注重協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。“和諧型”交傳電力機車的這種突破不但讓中國南車株洲電力機車有限公司成功躲避了環(huán)球金融危機的侵襲,而且將中國南車株洲電力機車有限公司推上了又好又快的高速發(fā)展之路。中國南車創(chuàng)新的秘決是什么?“和諧型”交傳電力機車的創(chuàng)新模式是什么?深入挖掘、歸納和總結(jié)“和諧型”交傳電力機車創(chuàng)新的深層次影響因素,剖析其創(chuàng)新模式,供其他企業(yè)學習和借鑒,既具有學術(shù)意義,又具有實踐意義。 本文在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的國內(nèi)外研究成果綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,定義協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)涵,分析協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的“CAS理論”和“協(xié)同理論”兩個基本理論,剖析協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的動力機制,總結(jié)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的兩種模式——內(nèi)部協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式和外部協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式。結(jié)合“和諧型”交傳電力機車協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的模塊劃分與模塊組合的基本過程,通過探尋“和諧型”交傳電力機車的內(nèi)部協(xié)同創(chuàng)新組織和外部協(xié)同創(chuàng)新組織,協(xié)同創(chuàng)新內(nèi)容上注重設(shè)計技術(shù)、制造技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)和管理質(zhì)量的協(xié)同,協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略特征、動力系統(tǒng)和機制特征,得出“和諧型”交傳電力機車協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式不是單一的內(nèi)部協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式和外部協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式,而是“內(nèi)外部融合協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式”。 該模式啟示我們:協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式構(gòu)建應注重技術(shù)創(chuàng)新主體協(xié)同、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新鏈與產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級協(xié)同、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與管理創(chuàng)新和機制創(chuàng)新協(xié)同。最后對優(yōu)化協(xié)同創(chuàng)新主體和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新路徑提出了具體的策略,建議協(xié)同創(chuàng)新主體的價值文化共識、優(yōu)化協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、構(gòu)建協(xié)同擴張的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護機制和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的擇優(yōu)機制。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party put forward an innovation-driven strategy, stressing that we should adhere to the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics. We should pay more attention to collaborative innovation. The breakthrough of "harmonious" Jiaochuan Electric Locomotive not only allowed China Southern Railway Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. to successfully avoid the global financial crisis, And will China Southern car Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. to promote a good and fast high-speed development road. What is the secret of CSR innovation? What is the innovation mode of "harmonious" electric locomotive? It is of academic and practical significance to dig deeply, sum up and sum up the deep influence factors of "harmonious" electric locomotive innovation, and analyze its innovation mode for other enterprises to learn and use for reference. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research results of collaborative innovation, this paper defines the connotation of collaborative innovation, analyzes the two basic theories of collaborative innovation "CAS theory" and "collaborative theory", and analyzes the motive mechanism of collaborative innovation. This paper summarizes two modes of collaborative innovation: internal collaborative innovation mode and external collaborative innovation mode, combined with the basic process of module division and module combination of "harmonious" electric locomotive collaborative innovation. By exploring the internal and external collaborative innovation organizations of "harmonious" electric locomotive, the contents of collaborative innovation focus on the coordination of design technology, manufacturing technology, product technology and management quality, as well as the strategic characteristics of collaborative innovation. Based on the characteristics of power system and mechanism, it is concluded that the "harmonious" electric locomotive collaborative innovation mode is not a single internal collaborative innovation model and an external collaborative innovation mode, but a "internal and external fusion collaborative innovation mode". This model enlightens us: the construction of collaborative innovation mode should pay attention to the coordination of technological innovation subject, technological innovation chain and industrial chain upgrade coordination, Finally, the paper puts forward some specific strategies to optimize the subject and path of collaborative innovation, and proposes the value cultural consensus of the subject of collaborative innovation, and optimizes the environment of collaborative innovation. Build cooperative expansion of intellectual property protection mechanism and collaborative innovation mechanism.
