基于文本分析的國內(nèi)模仿創(chuàng)業(yè)研究評述

【摘要】:搜集國內(nèi)2001~2016年5月發(fā)表在核心期刊上關(guān)于模仿創(chuàng)業(yè)的文獻,并借鑒扎根理論的編碼技術(shù)對此進行定性分析。研究表明:模仿創(chuàng)業(yè)簡單來說是一種示范效應(yīng),模仿型創(chuàng)業(yè)者借助某種渠道觀察領(lǐng)先企業(yè)的成功事件,并在示范作用的影響下,通過創(chuàng)業(yè)認知即觀察學(xué)習(xí),在創(chuàng)業(yè)動機的刺激下實施創(chuàng)業(yè)行為。模仿創(chuàng)業(yè)受外界環(huán)境、信息不對稱及產(chǎn)品開發(fā)等因素的影響;模仿創(chuàng)業(yè)活動引致技術(shù)知識的擴散、進而產(chǎn)生自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán),從而促進創(chuàng)新;模仿創(chuàng)業(yè)可以降低創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險、形成后發(fā)競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:The literature on imitation entrepreneurship published in the core journals in China from 2001 to May 2016 was collected and qualitatively analyzed using coding technology based on rooted theory. The research shows that imitating entrepreneurship is a simple demonstration effect. Imitation entrepreneurs observe the successful events of leading enterprises through some channel, and under the influence of demonstration, observe and learn through entrepreneurial cognition, and carry out entrepreneurial behavior under the stimulation of entrepreneurial motivation. Factors such as asymmetric information and product development; imitating entrepreneurial activities lead to the diffusion of technical knowledge, and then generate independent intellectual property rights, thereby promoting innovation; imitating entrepreneurship can reduce the risk of entrepreneurship and form a late-development competitive advantage.
