【摘要】:在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展迅速的當(dāng)今時(shí)代,由于數(shù)字媒體便于復(fù)制、分發(fā)等特性,受知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的數(shù)字產(chǎn)品和內(nèi)容被批量復(fù)制和隨意傳播的現(xiàn)象普遍存在,數(shù)字版權(quán)管理應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并且受到了全球許多組織和廠商的熱切關(guān)注。DRM系統(tǒng)在有效保護(hù)數(shù)字內(nèi)容的同時(shí),又從不同的途徑侵犯了用戶的隱私權(quán)。而當(dāng)今用戶的數(shù)據(jù)信息和隱私都密切關(guān)系著眾多的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,因此在保證數(shù)字內(nèi)容有效管理的同時(shí)保護(hù)用戶的隱私是十分必要的。 在所有的DRM技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中,目前最成熟,參與者最多,影響力最大的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要屬開(kāi)放移動(dòng)聯(lián)盟(OMA)制定的OMA DRM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)了,雖然OMA DRM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定義了DRM系統(tǒng)的體系架構(gòu)以及內(nèi)容中心,版權(quán)中心等功能實(shí)體,但是在用戶隱私保護(hù)方面還需要進(jìn)一步的完善。 本文針對(duì)DRM系統(tǒng)中用戶隱私保護(hù)的問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究,首先對(duì)DRM相關(guān)技術(shù)和OMA DRM進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹,然后對(duì)移動(dòng)數(shù)字版權(quán)管理和OMA DRM中用戶隱私保護(hù)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,針對(duì)OMA DRM中用戶隱私保護(hù)提出了一種移動(dòng)數(shù)字版權(quán)管理系統(tǒng)中的用戶隱私保護(hù)方法,使得在滿足DRM系統(tǒng)中對(duì)數(shù)字版權(quán)管理的要求的同時(shí),保護(hù)了用戶所購(gòu)買(mǎi)的數(shù)字內(nèi)容隱私。在本文提出方法中,按照OMA DRM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定義,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)DRM數(shù)字版權(quán)管理系統(tǒng),配合通用的內(nèi)容提供服務(wù)器,許可證服務(wù)器,,DRM客戶端,結(jié)合不經(jīng)意傳輸協(xié)議方法來(lái)對(duì)版權(quán)對(duì)象獲取協(xié)議(ROAP)過(guò)程進(jìn)行改進(jìn)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)DRM用戶隱私保護(hù)。并且詳細(xì)的給出了基于不經(jīng)意傳輸改進(jìn)ROAP協(xié)議與DRM數(shù)字證書(shū)注冊(cè)、獲取、更新和撤銷(xiāo)過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)具體環(huán)境下的DRM用戶隱私保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)。本文還針對(duì)所提出的DRM用戶隱私保護(hù)方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),并從安全,性能等方面做比較,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)可行性和實(shí)用性。本文最后對(duì)全文做出了總結(jié)并提出了今后工作研究和方向。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of the Internet, the phenomenon that digital products and content protected by intellectual property rights are copied in batches and spread at will is widespread because digital media is convenient for reproduction and distribution, so digital rights management emerges as the times require. And it has attracted intense attention from many organizations and manufacturers around the world, while effectively protecting digital content. The data information and privacy of users are closely related to many economic interests, so it is necessary to ensure the effective management of digital content at the same time to protect the privacy of users. Of all the DRM technical standards, the most mature, most participant, and most influential standard is the OMA DRM standard developed by the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA), although the OMA DRM standard defines the architecture and content center of the DRM system. Copyright center and other functional entities, but in terms of user privacy protection needs to be further improved. In this paper, the problems of user privacy protection in DRM system are studied. Firstly, the related technologies of DRM and OMA DRM are briefly introduced, and then the technologies of mobile digital rights management and user privacy protection in OMA DRM are studied. This paper presents a method of user privacy protection in mobile digital rights management system in OMA DRM, which can meet the requirements of digital rights management in DRM system at the same time. In this paper, according to the definition of OMA DRM standard, a DRM digital rights management system is designed and implemented. Combining the method of casual transfer protocol to improve the process of copyright object acquisition protocol (ROAPP) to realize the privacy protection of DRM users, the improved ROAP protocol and DRM digital certificate registration based on inadvertent transmission are presented in detail. In the process of updating and revocation, the design of DRM user privacy protection under specific environment is implemented. This paper also carries out experiments on the proposed DRM user privacy protection method, and makes a comparison in terms of security, performance, etc. The feasibility and practicability of the system are further verified. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the future research and direction.
