【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不斷提速,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)也日趨受到企業(yè)的重視,目前大多數(shù)中小企業(yè)尤其是科技型中小企業(yè),在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的交易過程中由于信息資源的不對稱、專業(yè)服務的缺失等因素,導致企業(yè)很難便捷高效的完成交易。基于這種情況,在經(jīng)過一段時間的需求調(diào)研后,提出中小企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務信息系統(tǒng)的概念。 本論文主要設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了中小企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務信息系統(tǒng)。論文首先對目前國內(nèi)外信息平臺的情況進行了簡要的介紹,并根據(jù)實際業(yè)務開展中所遇到的不同情況對系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析,,然后逐步對整個系統(tǒng)進行了設(shè)計并逐步實現(xiàn),最后經(jīng)過測試檢驗,系統(tǒng)基本達成預期目標。 本論文使用科學的方法對中小企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務信息系統(tǒng)進行了設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),通過對國內(nèi)外信息平臺發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀分析對比,對目前中小企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)信息建設(shè)采取的模式進行分析,提出中小企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務信息系統(tǒng)的概念。由于考慮到中小企業(yè)的實際需求,決定系統(tǒng)采用Java EE平臺架構(gòu),利用Java語言和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫,Tomcat作為應用服務器來完成。本系統(tǒng)力爭為中小企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)交易的促進和發(fā)展提供幫助。 由于時間的關(guān)系和篇幅的限制,本論文論述主要在專利技術(shù)評價體系方面,對于其他的部分內(nèi)容敘述不盡完善。由于資源的約束以及經(jīng)驗的限制,本論文在分析方法選擇、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)實現(xiàn)等方面尚存在一些不足,后續(xù)論文寫作需在這方面進一步加強和完善。今后的論文研究方向希望重點放在中小企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方面。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, intellectual property rights have been paid more and more attention by enterprises. At present, most of the small and medium-sized enterprises, especially the small and medium-sized technological enterprises, are in the process of dealing with intellectual property because of the asymmetry of information resources. Due to the lack of professional services, it is very difficult for enterprises to complete transactions conveniently and efficiently. Based on this situation, after a period of research, the concept of intellectual property service information system for small and medium-sized enterprises is put forward. This paper mainly designs and implements the small and medium-sized enterprises intellectual property service information system. According to the different situations encountered in the actual business development, the system is analyzed, and then the whole system is designed and realized step by step. Finally, after testing and testing, the system basically achieves the expected goal. This paper uses the scientific method to design and implement the intellectual property service information system of small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyzes and compares the current situation of the development of the information platform at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the mode of intellectual property information construction in small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward the concept of intellectual property service information system for small and medium-sized enterprises. Considering the actual demand of small and medium-sized enterprises, the system adopts Java EE platform framework. Using Java language and MySQL database as application server, this system tries to provide help for the promotion and development of intellectual property transaction in small and medium-sized enterprises. Due to the limitation of time and space, this paper mainly discusses the evaluation system of patent technology, which is not perfect for other parts. Because of the restriction of resources and experience, this paper chooses the method of analysis. There are still some deficiencies in the realization of the system architecture, and the following thesis writing needs to be further strengthened and perfected in this respect. The future research direction of this paper hopes to focus on the development strategy of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized enterprises.
