【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展,跨國(guó)公司研發(fā)組織的模式發(fā)生了重大變化,突破了將研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)保留于本國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)格局,從自身的全球經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略出發(fā),不斷在海外建立科研機(jī)構(gòu)。我國(guó)自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),經(jīng)濟(jì)保持著高速增長(zhǎng),跨國(guó)公司也高度重視我國(guó)市場(chǎng)的戰(zhàn)略地位,不僅提高了在我國(guó)市場(chǎng)的投資,也加大了在我國(guó)的研發(fā)投資。但是我國(guó)不同的省份之間存在著很大的差異性,在經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、科技水平、人才素質(zhì)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、產(chǎn)業(yè)配套等方面發(fā)展不平衡,跨國(guó)公司在我國(guó)進(jìn)行研發(fā)投資時(shí),應(yīng)充分考慮這些因素,從而做出正確的區(qū)位選擇決定。 本文首先從跨國(guó)公司海外研發(fā)投資區(qū)位選擇的基本理論出發(fā),在分析跨國(guó)公司在我國(guó)研發(fā)投資的現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)跨國(guó)公司在我國(guó)研發(fā)投資區(qū)位選擇的影響因素進(jìn)行了分析,并將其細(xì)化為市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、外商投資規(guī)模,科研水平、科研人才、人力成本,政府政策、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)程度、信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等因素。然后利用2007-2012年我國(guó)24個(gè)省份的面板數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建了跨國(guó)公司在這24個(gè)省份研發(fā)投資區(qū)位選擇的影響因素模型,進(jìn)行多元線性回歸。結(jié)果顯示,七個(gè)區(qū)位選擇影響因素中,市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、外商投資規(guī)模、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)程度為重要影響因素,科研水平、科研人才等為一般影響因素,并提出了政策性建議。希望該結(jié)論及建議在一定程度上,能為我國(guó)各省(直轄市、自治區(qū))進(jìn)一步爭(zhēng)取跨國(guó)公司研發(fā)投資提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization, the mode of R & D organization of multinational corporations has undergone significant changes, breaking through the traditional pattern of retaining R & D institutions in their own countries, and proceeding from their own global business strategy. China has maintained rapid economic growth since the reform and opening up, and multinational corporations have also attached great importance to the strategic position of the Chinese market, which has not only increased investment in the Chinese market, It has also increased its R & D investment in China. However, there are great differences among different provinces in our country, and the development is uneven in terms of economic level, scientific and technological level, talent quality, infrastructure, industrial matching, and so on. When multinational corporations invest in R & D in China, they should take these factors into full consideration and make the correct location choice. Based on the basic theory of location selection of multinational corporations' overseas R & D investment and the analysis of the current situation of MNCs'R & D investment in China, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the location selection of MNCs'R & D investment in China. It is divided into market scale, foreign investment scale, scientific research level, scientific research talent, manpower cost, government policy, degree of intellectual property protection, information infrastructure and so on. Then the panel data of 24 provinces in China from 2007 to 2012 are used. This paper constructs the influencing factors model of R & D investment location choice of multinational corporations in 24 provinces, and carries out multivariate linear regression. The results show that, among the seven influencing factors, market scale, foreign investment scale, and so on. The degree of intellectual property protection is an important factor, the level of scientific research and scientific research talents are the general influencing factors, and some policy suggestions are put forward. It is hoped that the conclusions and suggestions can be used by all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) in China to some extent. Autonomous region) to further strive for multinational companies to provide reference for R & D investment.
