【摘要】：自從開源的概念進(jìn)入中國以來,開源軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展就成了中國軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的一部分,并隨著時(shí)間的推移,變得越來越重要。目前我國開源軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展還面臨著開源人才缺乏、國人知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)意識(shí)淡漠、開源企業(yè)缺乏核心競爭力、開源產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈還沒有完全形成等一系列問題,解決這些問題并找到未來的方向是我國開源軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的必要條件。本文通過舉例、對(duì)比、分析等方法,對(duì)我國開源軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、成就、問題做出討論,并提出政府、科研機(jī)構(gòu)與高校、企業(yè)、開源社區(qū)、用戶五個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)該相互配合、優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ),才能為開源軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展打造良好生態(tài)環(huán)境。本文最后提出,大力發(fā)展中國開源軟件產(chǎn)業(yè),不僅為軟件行業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了機(jī)遇,也為中國其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的開源發(fā)展提供了借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since the concept of open source came into China, the development of open source software industry has become a part of the development of Chinese software industry, and over time, It has become increasingly important. At present, the development of the open-source software industry in China is still facing a series of problems, such as the lack of open-source talents, the lack of awareness of intellectual property rights among the people, the lack of core competitiveness of open-source enterprises, and the incomplete formation of the open-source industry chain. To solve these problems and find out the future direction is a necessary condition for the healthy development of open source software industry in China. Through examples, comparison and analysis, this paper discusses the current situation, achievements and problems of the open source software industry in China. It is suggested that the government, scientific research institutions and universities, enterprises, open source communities and users should cooperate with each other and complement each other in order to create a good ecological environment for the development of open source software industry. The development of Chinese open source software industry not only creates an opportunity for the development of software industry, but also provides a reference for the development of other industries in China.
