五軸數(shù)控加工商用后置處理軟件若干技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:一般的CAD/CAM軟件經(jīng)過計算都已經(jīng)得到了刀具軌跡的全部信息,但為了適應(yīng)數(shù)控機床的要求,還要進行后置處理,以得到特定數(shù)控機床適用的數(shù)控加工代碼。后置處理是根據(jù)數(shù)控機床及數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)信息,將各種CAM軟件生成的前置刀位文件轉(zhuǎn)變成特定數(shù)控機床系統(tǒng)可以識別的數(shù)控加工程序。后置處理直接影響零件的加工質(zhì)量、效率以及機床的可靠運行。 我國缺乏具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的商用后置處理軟件,商用CAD/CAM軟件及后置處理軟件全靠外國進口,本文的研究與開發(fā)工作力求彌補這一缺口,具體研究內(nèi)容如下: 1)研究了三大類型十二種結(jié)構(gòu)的五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控機床的運動形式,并以A-C機床為例,詳細分析了其運動模型,推導(dǎo)了在旋轉(zhuǎn)軸存在偏置和加工工件偏置裝夾的情況下的坐標轉(zhuǎn)換公式,并將算法應(yīng)用于軟件中。通過數(shù)控加工仿真軟件和實際加工兩種實驗方法驗證后置處理算法的正確性。 2)詳細分析了非線性運動誤差的計算模型,并推導(dǎo)了最大非線性運動誤差的計算表達式。分析了兩種對非線性運動誤差的控制方法:第一,在后置處理中,用自適應(yīng)線性法對非線性運動誤差進行校核控制;第二,激活數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的RTCP功能,可以有效的控制非線性運動誤差。 3)設(shè)計了一個后置處理系統(tǒng)的生成方案,即要求輸入刀位文件和數(shù)控系統(tǒng)特性文件來生成數(shù)控加工代碼。為了使后置處理系統(tǒng)具有更強的適應(yīng)未來各種需求變化的能力,在后置處理系統(tǒng)中設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了一個腳本編譯系統(tǒng),以編譯數(shù)控系統(tǒng)特性文件。詳細分析了腳本編譯器的設(shè)計開發(fā)過程,包括詞法分析、語法分析、可執(zhí)行代碼的生成等。 最后將本文的研究成果集成到國產(chǎn)CAD/CAM軟件ZW3D中,從而完善我國具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的三維設(shè)計和加工一體化軟件。
[Abstract]:The general CAD/CAM software has obtained all the information of the tool path after calculation, but in order to meet the requirements of the numerical control machine tools, it is necessary to carry out post-processing. The post-processing is based on the relevant information of the NC machine tool and the CNC system. The pre-cutter position file generated by various CAM software is transformed into a NC machining program that can be recognized by a specific NC machine tool system. Post processing directly affects the machining quality, efficiency and reliable operation of the machine tool. China lacks commercial post-processing software with independent intellectual property rights. Commercial CAD/CAM software and post-processing software are all imported from foreign countries. The research and development work of this paper tries to make up for this gap. The specific research contents are as follows:. 1) the motion forms of three types of 12 kinds of five-axis linkage NC machine tools are studied, and the motion model of A-C machine tools is analyzed in detail, taking A-C machine tools as an example. In this paper, the coordinate transformation formula is derived when the rotation axis is biased and the workpiece offset clamping is processed, and the algorithm is applied to the software. The correctness of the post-processing algorithm is verified by the numerical control machining simulation software and the actual machining experiment. 2) the calculation model of nonlinear motion error is analyzed in detail, and the calculation expression of maximum nonlinear motion error is deduced. Two control methods for nonlinear motion error are analyzed: first, in post processing, The adaptive linear method is used to check and control the nonlinear motion error. Secondly, the nonlinear motion error can be effectively controlled by activating the RTCP function of the NC system. 3) A generation scheme of post-processing system is designed, which requires the input of cutter position file and NC system characteristic file to generate NC machining code. In order to make the post-processing system more adaptable to the changing needs in the future, A script compiling system is designed and implemented in the post processing system to compile the characteristic files of the NC system. The design and development process of the script compiler is analyzed in detail, including lexical analysis, syntax analysis, generation of executable code and so on. Finally, the research results of this paper are integrated into the domestic CAD/CAM software ZW3D, so as to perfect the 3D design and processing integration software with independent intellectual property rights in China.
