【摘要】:邁入新世紀以來,經(jīng)濟飛速增長的同時社會實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,知識價值的經(jīng)濟社會愈加凸顯。傳統(tǒng)的土地廠房、機器設(shè)備等有形資產(chǎn)價值在降低,與此同時,工藝、品牌等無形資產(chǎn)其價值在逐步提高。隨著社會鼓勵企業(yè)加大自主創(chuàng)新力度,其自身知識產(chǎn)權(quán)也越來越為社會所重視。作為極具市場開拓力的一項競爭性資源,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)成為企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要組成,其管理和運營在企業(yè)經(jīng)營中愈來愈嚴格規(guī)范。在知識價值凸顯的今天,企業(yè)之間的競爭優(yōu)勢不再是以往比投入拼人力物力了,競爭優(yōu)勢更多地取決于是否能合理開發(fā)利用好知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資源。也就是說,是否制定科學(xué)有效知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略,是用來衡量我國企業(yè)國際競爭力水平的重要標志。每個企業(yè)的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理工作存在較大差異,針對不同的企業(yè)要結(jié)合其實際情況,制定各不相同的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)框架。最終目的在于采取一系列行之有效的方法、措施和策略,促進企業(yè)市場競爭力增強,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益提高。本研究整體結(jié)構(gòu)上,采取層層遞進方式展開分析論述。首先,概述了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的概念和內(nèi)涵,包括知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略主要作用和意義。重點是對涉及研究相關(guān)理論進行介紹,包括知識產(chǎn)權(quán)相關(guān)理論和觀點,還有簡單概括知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)容和方法,F(xiàn)行的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理工作不再是過去單一獨立的個體,它直接影響到企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、市場營銷等企業(yè)管理中方方面面。從某種程度上講,企業(yè)運用知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理必備管理利器。其次,以A公司知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略研究為案例進行實踐研究。由A公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀引出目前在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理方面存在的問題。通過對A公司知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,對A公司知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略實施進行全方位研究。然后制定出A公司相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略方案,同時進行戰(zhàn)略選擇。最后,本研究對A公司知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理提出了對策建議。一方面,就如何完善和改進A公司的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理體系提出策略;另一方面,及時總結(jié)A公司知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理經(jīng)驗,為今后知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理工作積累經(jīng)驗和提供借鑒,這樣才能在激烈市場競爭中立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, with the rapid growth of economy and the steady development of society, the economic and social value of knowledge has become increasingly prominent. The value of tangible assets such as traditional land, factory buildings, machinery and equipment is decreasing. At the same time, technology, The value of intangible assets such as brands is gradually increasing. As society encourages enterprises to increase their independent innovation, their own intellectual property rights are more and more valued by society. Intellectual property has become an important component of the enterprise's development strategy, and its management and operation are becoming more and more strict and standardized in the business operation. Today, when the knowledge value is prominent, the competitive advantage between enterprises is no longer more than putting in manpower and material resources. The competitive advantage depends more on the rational development and utilization of intellectual property resources. That is, whether to formulate a scientific and effective intellectual property strategy, It is an important symbol used to measure the level of international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. There are great differences in the management of intellectual property rights in each enterprise. In view of different enterprises, they should combine their actual conditions. The ultimate purpose of this study is to adopt a series of effective methods, measures and strategies to promote the competitiveness of enterprises in the market and to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. Firstly, it summarizes the concept and connotation of intellectual property, including the main role and significance of intellectual property strategy. Including theories and viewpoints related to intellectual property rights, as well as a brief summary of the contents and methods of intellectual property strategy. The current intellectual property management work is no longer a single and independent individual in the past. It directly affects the adjustment of the industrial structure of enterprises. Marketing and other aspects of enterprise management. To a certain extent, the use of intellectual property strategy by enterprises is an essential management tool for modern enterprises. Secondly, Taking the intellectual property strategy research of company A as a case study, this paper introduces the problems existing in intellectual property management from the current situation of the development of company A. through the analysis of the external and internal environment of intellectual property management of A Company, The implementation of intellectual property strategy of company A is studied in all directions. Then the corresponding strategic plan of company A is worked out, and the strategic choice is carried out. Finally, this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the intellectual property management of company A. on the one hand, On the other hand, it sums up the intellectual property management experience of company A in a timely manner, so as to accumulate experience and provide reference for the future intellectual property management. Only in this way in the fierce market competition in an invincible position.
