【摘要】：國家實(shí)施東北老工業(yè)基地振興戰(zhàn)略以來,東北老工業(yè)基地振興取得明顯成效,然而當(dāng)前仍面臨著市場(chǎng)化程度不高,國企活力不足,民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不充分,科技與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展融合不夠,思想觀念不夠解放等問題,需靠全面深化改革來解決。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China has achieved remarkable results. However, at present it is still faced with a low degree of marketization, a lack of vitality of state-owned enterprises, and insufficient development of the private economy. The integration of science and technology and economic development is not enough, and the ideological concept is not enough to be emancipated, which needs to be solved by deepening the reform in an all-round way.
