基于建筑材料典型污染物散發(fā)率測試的建筑室內(nèi)污染物預測方法研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟建設的迅速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,,人們對室內(nèi)環(huán)境安全越來越重視。世界衛(wèi)生組織2011年9月頒布的《室內(nèi)空氣污染與健康》報告指出甲醛、苯、甲苯、TVOC等有毒有害氣體是室內(nèi)空氣污染的主要來源,其中甲醛等多種氣體對身體健康有直接危害。 本論文以甲醛和TVOC作為研究對象,使用環(huán)境測試艙法在模擬環(huán)境下,對裝修工程中常用的建材甲醛和TVOC的散發(fā)量及其散發(fā)規(guī)律進行研究。采用自行研發(fā)并具有多項自主知識產(chǎn)權的小型室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量測試艙,測試了模擬建材的甲醛和TVOC散發(fā)率曲線。研究得出:涂料、膠黏劑等濕建材達到穩(wěn)定散發(fā)階段所需時間較短,污染物散發(fā)衰減速率較快,而地板、壁紙等干建材達到穩(wěn)定散發(fā)階段所需時間相對稍長,而櫥柜板等封邊處理的干建材達到穩(wěn)定散發(fā)階段所需時間最長。在此基礎上,根據(jù)實際房間建材用量建立樣板房內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量數(shù)值模型,模擬并計算了典型住宅樣板房甲醛和TVOC的釋放總量,并與現(xiàn)場實測值進行對比分析,結(jié)果表明模擬值和實測值基本吻合。該研究所建立的室內(nèi)污染物釋放模型較好地預測室內(nèi)污染物分布,能有效指導室內(nèi)裝修中甲醛和TVOC空氣質(zhì)量設計,能為裝飾材料的選擇與裝修工程驗收結(jié)果預測提供科學支撐。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic construction and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to indoor environmental safety. The report "indoor air pollution and health" issued by the World Health Organization in September 2011 pointed out that formaldehyde, benzene, Toxic and harmful gases such as toluene and TVOC are the main sources of indoor air pollution. In this paper, formaldehyde and TVOC are used as the research objects, and the environmental test chamber method is used in the simulation environment. This paper studies the quantity and regularity of formaldehyde and TVOC emission from building materials commonly used in decoration engineering. A small indoor air quality test module, which is developed by itself and has many independent intellectual property rights, is adopted. The formaldehyde and TVOC emission rate curves of simulated building materials were tested. The results showed that the time required for the stable emission of wet building materials such as coatings and adhesives was shorter, the emission attenuation rate of pollutants was faster, and the floor, It takes a relatively long time for dry building materials, such as wallpaper, to reach the stage of steady distribution, while the time for processing dry building materials such as cabinet boards to reach the stage of stable dissemination takes the longest. On this basis, According to the quantity of building materials used in the real room, the numerical model of air quality in the sample house is established, the total amount of formaldehyde and TVOC released from the typical residential sample house is simulated and calculated, and the results are compared with the field measured values. The results show that the simulated values are in good agreement with the measured values. The indoor pollutant release model established by the study can predict the distribution of indoor pollutants and can effectively guide the design of formaldehyde and TVOC air quality in indoor decoration. It can provide scientific support for selection of decoration materials and prediction of acceptance results of decoration projects.
