【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展的技術(shù)應(yīng)用體系,大力發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng),將有利于農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、流通、服務(wù)各環(huán)節(jié)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化、可控化、精準(zhǔn)化,它是轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式的重要科技創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)力,更是實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家"四化同步"戰(zhàn)略的重要路徑。近年來(lái)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在技術(shù)應(yīng)用、平臺(tái)建設(shè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定及商業(yè)模式等方面實(shí)現(xiàn)了有益探索,但與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,目前我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)仍處于起步階段,正面臨關(guān)鍵技術(shù)突破不力、商業(yè)規(guī)模應(yīng)用不廣、可持續(xù)機(jī)制不健全以及配套政策落實(shí)滯后等現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。為此,需要以改革創(chuàng)新為動(dòng)力,加快形成以土地、金融、人才、項(xiàng)目、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)等制度創(chuàng)新為關(guān)鍵,以技術(shù)研發(fā)與應(yīng)用等技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為核心,以投入、補(bǔ)貼、產(chǎn)業(yè)等政策創(chuàng)新為基礎(chǔ)的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)體系,為農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)注入強(qiáng)大推力,不斷務(wù)實(shí)其發(fā)展基礎(chǔ),促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈向價(jià)值鏈中高端躍升。
[Abstract]:The agricultural Internet of things is the technical application system of the application and development of the technology of the Internet of things in the agricultural field. The development of the agricultural Internet of things will be beneficial to agricultural production, management, circulation and service to achieve intelligence, controllability and precision. It is an important driving force for scientific and technological innovation to change the mode of agricultural development, and an important way to realize the strategy of "four modernizations". In recent years, the agricultural Internet of things in China has been used in technology application and platform construction. The establishment of standards and business models have realized beneficial exploration, but compared with the developed countries, the agricultural Internet of things in our country is still in its infancy at present, which is facing the weak breakthrough of key technology and the limited application of commercial scale. Therefore, it is necessary to take reform and innovation as the motive force and accelerate the formation of institutional innovations such as land, finance, talent, projects, intellectual property protection and so on. An innovation-driven system based on policy innovation such as input, subsidies and industry, with technological innovation such as technology research and development and application as the core, injects a powerful thrust into the agricultural Internet of things, and continuously pragmatizes its development foundation. To promote the agricultural Internet of things industrial chain to the high end of the value chain jump.
