【摘要】：甘肅省發(fā)行了科技創(chuàng)新券,并規(guī)定了創(chuàng)新券適用的服務(wù)范圍,主要在研究開發(fā)、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、檢驗檢測、創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、科技咨詢、科技金融、科學(xué)技術(shù)普及等科技服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,先期僅在檢驗檢測服務(wù)領(lǐng)域中試行。隨著甘肅省建設(shè)特色型知識產(chǎn)權(quán)強省試點工作的深入開展,將創(chuàng)新券應(yīng)用于知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,尤其是應(yīng)用于專利申請代理服務(wù)領(lǐng)域變得越來越迫切。對創(chuàng)新券應(yīng)用于專利申請代理服務(wù)領(lǐng)域中的運行機制和管理辦法進行探索性研究,并總結(jié)甘肅省實施創(chuàng)新券專利申請代理服務(wù)過程中應(yīng)當注意的一些問題,以便為甘肅省創(chuàng)新券在專利申請代理服務(wù)領(lǐng)域中的推廣應(yīng)用提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:Gansu Province issued scientific and technological innovation coupons and stipulated the scope of service applicable to them, mainly in research and development, technology transfer, testing and testing, start-up incubation, intellectual property rights, science and technology consulting, science and technology finance, Scientific and technological services, such as popularization of science and technology, have been piloted only in the field of inspection and inspection services. With the deepening of the pilot work of building a strong province with characteristic intellectual property rights in Gansu Province, innovative vouchers have been applied to the field of intellectual property services. Especially in the field of patent application agency service, it becomes more and more urgent. Some problems should be paid attention to in the process of implementing the patent application agency service of innovation coupon in Gansu province, so as to provide a decision reference for the popularization and application of innovation coupon in the field of patent application agency service in Gansu province.
