【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡技術快速發(fā)展極大改變現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)方式,網(wǎng)絡倫理與傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)方式相適應的傳統(tǒng)倫理產(chǎn)生沖突。網(wǎng)絡倫理問題作為國內(nèi)外學者反復研究的問題,研究的意義和價值凸顯無疑。網(wǎng)絡技術作為網(wǎng)絡倫理研究的基礎方面也越來越受到學者的廣泛關注。如何從網(wǎng)絡技術角度深入討論網(wǎng)絡倫理問題,就是本文試圖探討的內(nèi)容。本文通過梳理互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術發(fā)展的新特點,希望將技術倫理的研究建立在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術反思之上。第一章通過梳理文獻以便了解國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,通過文獻并結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡技術發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀提出需要解決的問題,認為網(wǎng)絡技術發(fā)展使得網(wǎng)絡技術倫理與傳統(tǒng)倫理發(fā)生一定沖突；第二章認為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術發(fā)展是倫理問題產(chǎn)生的前提,總結(jié)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的數(shù)個特點,將這些特點作為討論網(wǎng)絡技術倫理的起點；第三章討論倫理學的基本概念和對網(wǎng)絡技術倫理研究的影響,透過傳統(tǒng)倫理學對傳統(tǒng)社會問題的研究,抽取出較適合的倫理原則,接下來討論技術倫理問題的特點,將網(wǎng)絡技術倫理納入高新技術倫理進行討論。并提出網(wǎng)絡技術倫理應該從網(wǎng)絡技術研發(fā)、網(wǎng)絡技術運用、網(wǎng)絡信息提供技術、網(wǎng)絡信息使用技術等更為細分的倫理問題,這樣便于網(wǎng)絡技術倫理更為深入研究；第四章討論網(wǎng)絡技術倫理相關原則并在網(wǎng)絡技術發(fā)展中重新總結(jié)出公民通訊自由權利原則、公民隱私保護保護原則、維護網(wǎng)絡正常使用原則與公共利益與個人權利平衡原則,這些原則的提出則進一步凝練網(wǎng)絡技術倫理研究主題；第五章通過總結(jié)網(wǎng)絡技術相關新型問題,通過公共通訊自由權利問題、公民隱私保護問題、維護網(wǎng)絡正常使用問題、知識產(chǎn)權保護問題和欺詐問題的提出說明重新建構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡技術倫理原則的必要；最后對本文提出的一些基本問題給予一些解決建議和對策。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of network technology has greatly changed the existing mode of production, and the traditional ethics that adapts to the traditional mode of production conflicts with the network ethics, which has been repeatedly studied by scholars at home and abroad. There is no doubt that the significance and value of the research. As the basis of network ethics research, network technology has been paid more and more attention by scholars. How to discuss the network ethics from the perspective of network technology, By combing the new characteristics of the development of Internet technology, this paper hopes to build the research on the ethics of technology on the basis of reflection on Internet technology. The first chapter through combing the literature in order to understand the current research situation at home and abroad. Through the literature and combined with the status quo of network technology development put forward the problems to be solved, think that the network technology development makes the network technology ethics and traditional ethics have a certain conflict; the second chapter thinks that the Internet technology development is the premise of the emergence of ethical issues. This paper summarizes several characteristics of the Internet, regards these characteristics as the starting point of discussing the ethics of network technology. Chapter three discusses the basic concepts of ethics and its influence on the research of ethics of network technology, and studies the traditional social problems through traditional ethics. We draw out the more suitable ethical principles, then discuss the characteristics of the technology ethics, bring the network technology ethics into the high and new technology ethics, and propose that the network technology ethics should be from the network technology research and development, the network technology application. The network information provides the technology, the network information uses the technology and so on the subdivision ethics question, thus facilitates the network technical ethics to study more deeply; Chapter 4th discusses the related principles of network technology ethics and summarizes the principles of citizens' freedom of communication rights, protection of citizens' privacy, maintenance of the principle of normal use of the network and the balance between public interests and individual rights in the development of network technology. The proposition of these principles further condenses the subject of ethical research on network technology. Chapter 5th summarizes the new problems related to network technology, through the issue of public communication freedom and rights, the protection of citizens' privacy, and the maintenance of the normal use of the network. It is necessary to reconstruct the ethical principles of network technology by putting forward the problems of intellectual property protection and fraud. Finally, some suggestions and countermeasures are given to solve the basic problems raised in this paper.
