高速動車組列控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)國家《中長期鐵路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃》和國務(wù)院形成的《研究鐵路機(jī)車車輛裝備有關(guān)問題的會議紀(jì)要》的指示,近幾年來我國通過走技術(shù)引進(jìn)消化吸收再創(chuàng)新之路,目前已經(jīng)制造出完全擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的CRH380型高速動車組,但目前高速動車組列控系統(tǒng)的消化吸收再創(chuàng)新是薄弱環(huán)節(jié),而對其的研究也迫在眉睫。目前技術(shù)引進(jìn)的高速動車組列控系統(tǒng)還無法有效應(yīng)對我國高速鐵路所面臨的技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)。 本文首先著重歸納總結(jié)了高速動車組列控系統(tǒng)組成和原理,具體包括:系統(tǒng)安全聯(lián)鎖、司機(jī)控制器、動車組走行控制、動車組過分相、牽引控制、制動力控制、車門控制、空調(diào)控制、司機(jī)室顯示、乘務(wù)員顯示、故障保護(hù)、安全監(jiān)控等。 本文針對車門控制系統(tǒng),利用吉林鐵道職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的高速動車組數(shù)字模擬駕駛實訓(xùn)室,,設(shè)計了一個小型的列車網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制實驗平臺,該平臺利用虛擬儀器Labview和虛擬控制器Matlab/Simulink在計算機(jī)上模擬了列車中央控制單元、門的工況及運行狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)了對列車附屬設(shè)備的遠(yuǎn)程控制、監(jiān)視以及故障診斷。
[Abstract]:According to the instructions of the National Medium-and Long-Term Railway Network Plan and the "Summary of meetings on the study of problems related to Railway Rolling Stock equipment" formed by the State Council, in recent years our country has created a new road through the introduction of technology, digestion, absorption, and re-creation. At present, the CRH380 high-speed EMU with its own intellectual property rights has been manufactured, but at present, the digestion, absorption, and re-creation of the train control system of the high-speed EMU are weak links. At present, the train control system of high speed EMU can not meet the technical challenge of high speed railway in China. In this paper, the composition and principle of train control system for high speed EMU are summarized, including: system safety interlocking, driver controller, EMU walking control, EMU excessive phase control, traction control, braking force control, door control, etc. Air conditioning control, driver room display, crew display, fault protection, safety monitoring and so on. Aiming at the door control system, a small experimental platform of train network control is designed by using the digital analog driving training room of high speed EMU in Jilin Railway Vocational and Technical College. The platform uses virtual instrument Labview and virtual controller Matlab/Simulink to simulate the working condition and operation state of the central control unit and gate on the computer, and realizes the remote control, monitoring and fault diagnosis of the auxiliary equipment of the train.
