廈門市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會人們消費層次在科學(xué)技術(shù)的推進(jìn)下發(fā)生了很大的變化,知識型經(jīng)濟(jì)和消費經(jīng)濟(jì)日益凸顯,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展在新技術(shù)和新模式的催化中獲得了強大的發(fā)展動力。在這樣的大背景下,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)越來越多的受到各個國家重視。文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是一種新興產(chǎn)業(yè),它以文化為基礎(chǔ)、以創(chuàng)造為核心、以思想為動力,并且對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)進(jìn)行開發(fā)運用,整合文化資源的同時生產(chǎn)出具有高附加值的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。目前廈門市正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和城市形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為廈門市重點支持發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。但是,廈門文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)較弱,競爭力與國內(nèi)的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)重點發(fā)展城市仍有很大差距。因此,研究廈門市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力問題,對于促進(jìn)廈門市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文首先對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了界定,分析了廈門市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并選取幾個文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展重點城市進(jìn)行整體發(fā)展情況對比以及集聚水平對比。然后,分別從顯性競爭力、基礎(chǔ)競爭力、隱性競爭力三個層面構(gòu)建了廈門市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價體系,采用主成分分析法對廈門市2005年至2015年文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行評價測定。進(jìn)一步的,為了更好的分析廈門市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力發(fā)展情況,采用因子分析法對廈門市和其他重點文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)城市進(jìn)行橫向?qū)Ρ?利用因子旋轉(zhuǎn)深度剖析廈門市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力情況,從而把握廈門市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力較低的根源。最后,根據(jù)評價分析結(jié)果結(jié)合廈門市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、政府行為、人才培養(yǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)自身四個方面提出廈門市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)政策與對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of science and technology, great changes have taken place in people's consumption levels, and the knowledge-based economy and consumer economy are becoming increasingly prominent. The development of modern service industry has gained a powerful motive force in the catalysis of new technology and new mode. Under this background, cultural and creative industries are paid more and more attention to by various countries. Cultural and creative industries are a new industry. It is based on culture, takes creation as the core, takes the thought as the motive force, and develops and uses the intellectual property right. The integration of cultural resources at the same time produces high value-added products and services. At present, Xiamen is in a critical period of economic structure and urban transformation. Cultural and creative industries have become one of the key industries supporting the development of Xiamen. Xiamen's cultural and creative industries are developed on a weak basis, and there is still a big gap between the competitiveness of Xiamen's cultural and creative industries and the key cities of domestic cultural and creative industries. Therefore, this paper studies the competitiveness of Xiamen's cultural and creative industries. It is of great significance to promote the development of cultural and creative industries in Xiamen. Firstly, this paper defines the cultural and creative industries in Xiamen, and analyzes the present situation of cultural and creative industries in Xiamen. And selected several key cities for cultural and creative industry development to compare the overall development situation and concentration level. Then, from the dominant competitiveness, basic competitiveness, This paper constructs the evaluation system of cultural and creative industry competitiveness in Xiamen from three aspects of recessive competitiveness, and evaluates the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries in Xiamen from 2005 to 2015 by principal component analysis. In order to better analyze the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries in Xiamen, this paper makes a horizontal comparison between Xiamen and other key cultural and creative industry cities by factor analysis. This paper analyzes the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries in Xiamen by using the depth of factor rotation, so as to grasp the root causes of the low competitiveness of cultural and creative industries in Xiamen. Finally, according to the results of evaluation and analysis, combined with the current situation of cultural and creative industries in Xiamen, From four aspects of economic environment, government behavior, talent training and industry itself, this paper puts forward the relevant policies and countermeasures of cultural and creative industries in Xiamen.
