【摘要】:機(jī)械制圖是用圖樣確切表示機(jī)械的結(jié)構(gòu)形狀、尺寸大小、工作原理和技術(shù)要求的學(xué)科。圖樣由圖形、符號(hào)、文字和數(shù)字等組成,是表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)意圖和制造要求以及交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)的技術(shù)文件,常被稱為“工程界的語言”。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展,面對(duì)國內(nèi)外競(jìng)爭,特別是加入WTO以后國際競(jìng)爭的加劇,使得機(jī)械制造行業(yè)迫切需要能夠設(shè)計(jì)多國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下的圖紙,滿足企業(yè)生產(chǎn)不同國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的零件,提高自己的經(jīng)營實(shí)力和國際競(jìng)爭力。利用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)(Computer Aided Design,簡寫CAD)是當(dāng)前企業(yè)普遍采用的機(jī)械制圖方式,近年來借助三維CAD技術(shù)進(jìn)行機(jī)械制圖已經(jīng)成為的高效方式。SINOVATION系統(tǒng)是應(yīng)用軟件系統(tǒng)作為一款具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的國產(chǎn)高端三維CAD/CAM系統(tǒng),采用高效強(qiáng)大的混合建模技術(shù)以及方便靈活的裝配操作構(gòu)建三維模型,由三維模型生成符合各國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工程圖紙,利用豐富的機(jī)械制圖命令和設(shè)置制圖參數(shù),快速完成工程圖紙的設(shè)計(jì),并提供工程圖紙的打印出圖功能。本文在SINOVATION系統(tǒng)的Draco平臺(tái)下,結(jié)合當(dāng)前機(jī)械制圖的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)知識(shí),設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)針對(duì)機(jī)械行業(yè)的支持多國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。 首先,本文在討論機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造行業(yè)機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目背景和對(duì)其開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)所面對(duì)問題的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了系統(tǒng)的功能需求和非功能性需求,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)需求以流程圖和用例圖的形式詳細(xì)說明。 在需求分析基礎(chǔ)上,我們進(jìn)行了機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。首先根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求提出系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和原則,然后分別對(duì)系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)和功能架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。技術(shù)架構(gòu)主要考慮系統(tǒng)的易用性,可擴(kuò)展性,可維護(hù)性以及性能問題,采用了模塊化、層次化的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法,并對(duì)各個(gè)模塊和各層進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)分析。在功能架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,討論了系統(tǒng)各部分的功能組成,最后給出一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的系統(tǒng)功能流程。 再下一步進(jìn)行機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。該部分按照分層和模塊化的思想來設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),并對(duì)各個(gè)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了描述。在系統(tǒng)建模中,為了更加充分的理解機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),我們簡單介紹了三維CAD系統(tǒng),并分析了機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)在其中的作用和位置。然后給出了機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)圖。在了解了整體結(jié)構(gòu)之后,根據(jù)需求分析中提出的可擴(kuò)展性、合適性和易用性等原則分別討論了各個(gè)模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。 第四部分,我們?cè)谠敿?xì)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)各個(gè)模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了簡單介紹,給出了系統(tǒng)的整體效果圖和各個(gè)部分的實(shí)現(xiàn)。然后著重對(duì)多標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)械制圖的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。在這一部分,首先介紹了機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)在三維CAD/CAM中地位,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu),并建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,進(jìn)行了算法分析和數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)。其次,在簡單介紹機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)各模塊的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)實(shí)際需求,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了針對(duì)多標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)械制圖的預(yù)測(cè)模型,并對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了效果展示。最后,簡單分析了系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,并對(duì)測(cè)試的環(huán)境搭建和測(cè)試過程給出了詳細(xì)分析。 最后,本文對(duì)機(jī)械制圖應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用情況作了簡單介紹,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)提出了建議。 綜上所述,我們?cè)诜治鰳I(yè)務(wù)需求和機(jī)械制圖思想的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了針對(duì)機(jī)械制圖行業(yè)的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:This paper is a kind of high - end three - dimensional CAD / CAM system with independent intellectual property . It is a kind of high - end 3D CAD / CAM system with independent intellectual property . The SINOVATION system is a kind of high - end three - dimensional CAD / CAM system with independent intellectual property . First , based on the discussion of the background of mechanical drawing application system and the problems faced by its development and design , this paper analyzes the functional requirements and non - functional requirements of the system , and explains the system demand in the form of flow chart and case diagram . On the basis of demand analysis , we have carried out the architecture design of the mechanical drawing application system . Firstly , according to the system requirements , the system design goals and principles are put forward , and then the technical architecture and functional architecture of the system are designed respectively . The technical architecture mainly considers the usability , scalability , maintainability and performance of the system . The design of the modules and the layers is discussed . In the functional architecture design , the functions of each part of the system are discussed . Finally , a dynamic system function flow is given . In order to fully understand the design of the application system of mechanical drawing , we introduce the three - dimensional CAD system and analyze the function and position of the application system of mechanical drawing . After learning the whole structure , the detailed design of each module is discussed according to the principles of scalability , suitability and ease of use . In the fourth part , on the basis of detailed design , the realization of each module is briefly introduced , the overall effect diagram of the system and the realization of each part are given . In this part , the whole structure of the mechanical drawing application system is introduced , and the mathematical model is established . The prediction model for multi - standard mechanical drawing is designed and realized according to the actual requirements of the system . Finally , the system test is simply analyzed , and the environment construction and testing process of the test are analyzed in detail . Finally , this paper introduces the application of the mechanical drawing application system , and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement of the system . In conclusion , we design and implement the application system aiming at the mechanical drawing industry on the basis of analyzing business requirements and mechanical drawing thought .
