【摘要】：在當(dāng)今愈發(fā)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,越來(lái)越多的高科技企業(yè)成為了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的主角。在高科技企業(yè)的資產(chǎn)組成結(jié)構(gòu)中,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)在無(wú)形資產(chǎn)中所占比例也越來(lái)越高。其中知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的主要資料來(lái)源之一就是企業(yè)在新產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中形成的記錄和文檔。如何規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化地管理企業(yè)文檔,保護(hù)好自身的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),進(jìn)而保護(hù)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是眾多高科技企業(yè)面臨的問(wèn)題。 對(duì)于N公司一家從事生產(chǎn)移動(dòng)通信設(shè)備的跨國(guó)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),也同樣面臨這個(gè)問(wèn)題。本文作者從文檔管理、文檔管理系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)基本原理入手,對(duì)N公司現(xiàn)有的文檔管理系統(tǒng)的使用情況進(jìn)行深入剖析,認(rèn)為現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足企業(yè)對(duì)于文檔管理的要求,且已經(jīng)不能很好的為企業(yè)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)品保護(hù)提供支持。為解決此問(wèn)題,作者嘗試對(duì)備選的新文檔管理系統(tǒng)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)估。為確保選出一款適用于N公司的新文檔管理系統(tǒng),作者參考和引用了系統(tǒng)評(píng)估機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論,對(duì)評(píng)估對(duì)象進(jìn)行定義,設(shè)計(jì)了評(píng)估流程,確定利益關(guān)聯(lián)方。經(jīng)過(guò)一系列的評(píng)估活動(dòng)后,作者對(duì)評(píng)估活動(dòng)進(jìn)行總結(jié)和歸納,最終得出評(píng)估結(jié)果。 文章的最后給出了具體的研究結(jié)論和建議,并指出了本次研究中尚待進(jìn)一步討論的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:In today's increasingly fierce market competition, more and more high-tech enterprises have become the protagonists of the competition. Among them, one of the main sources of intellectual property rights is the records and documents formed by enterprises in the development and design of new products. Systematic management of enterprise documents, protection of their intellectual property rights, and further protection of the core competitiveness of enterprises are the problems faced by many high-tech enterprises. For a multinational company engaged in the production of mobile communication equipment in N Company, it is also faced with this problem. The author of this paper starts with the basic principles of document management, document management system, etc. After analyzing the usage of the existing document management system in N Company, it is concluded that the existing system can no longer meet the requirements of document management in enterprises. In order to solve this problem, the author tries to evaluate the alternative new document management system. In order to ensure the selection of a new document management system for N company, The author refers to and cites the relevant theories of the design of the system evaluation mechanism, defines the evaluation object, designs the evaluation process, and determines the related parties. After a series of evaluation activities, the author summarizes and summarizes the evaluation activities. Finally, the evaluation results are obtained. At the end of the paper, the concrete conclusions and suggestions are given, and the contents that need further discussion in this study are pointed out.
