【摘要】：南京市科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化服務(wù)平臺（技術(shù)交易信息服務(wù)平臺）建設(shè)的一個主要目的是服務(wù)于企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，促進(jìn)企業(yè)之間、企業(yè)與大學(xué)和科研院所之間的知識流動和技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移，支持企業(yè)大力開發(fā)具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，形成自己的核心技術(shù)和專有技術(shù)，加快科技成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化步伐。通過集成科技信息資源，挖掘企業(yè)技術(shù)需求，開展技術(shù)經(jīng)紀(jì)和商務(wù)服務(wù)，實現(xiàn)跨機構(gòu)、跨區(qū)域的技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移接力合作，為加速科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化，提高企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力提供服務(wù)。技術(shù)交易信息服務(wù)平臺的研究與設(shè)計具有重要的理論意義和應(yīng)用價值。 本論文詳細(xì)敘述了該平臺的開發(fā)環(huán)境、實現(xiàn)的功能、軟件的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和模塊設(shè)計、編程和調(diào)試，對該系統(tǒng)的每一部分都進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的敘述，使之能整合技術(shù)交易資源，降低技術(shù)交易成本，，協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)交易服務(wù)，逐步實現(xiàn)對技術(shù)交易全過程的服務(wù)；該系統(tǒng)還能積聚、整合、共享技術(shù)交易的供需與服務(wù)資源，緩解技術(shù)交易服務(wù)行業(yè)發(fā)展的的信息、人才、資金三大基礎(chǔ)資源薄弱的問題；能涵蓋技術(shù)交易知識資源，解決平臺專業(yè)化人才隊伍培養(yǎng)的問題；能提供公共服務(wù)，有助于技術(shù)交易市場的規(guī)范和效率的提高。
[Abstract]:One of the main purposes of the construction of Nanjing's service platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements (technological transaction information service platform) is to serve the technological innovation of enterprises and to promote the flow of knowledge and technology transfer between enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes. To support enterprises to vigorously develop key technologies with independent intellectual property rights, to form their own core technologies and proprietary technologies, to accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and to tap the technological needs of enterprises through the integration of scientific and technological information resources, To carry out technical brokerage and business services, to achieve cross-institutional and cross-regional cooperation in technology transfer, and to accelerate the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, The research and design of technology transaction information service platform has important theoretical significance and application value. In this paper, the development environment of the platform, the functions realized, the overall structure design and module design, programming and debugging of the software are described in detail, and each part of the system is described in detail, so that it can integrate the technical transaction resources. The system can reduce the cost of technology transaction, coordinate the service of technology transaction, and gradually realize the service of the whole process of technology transaction, and the system can also accumulate, integrate and share the supply, demand and service resources of technology transaction, so as to alleviate the information of the development of technology transaction service industry. The three basic resources of talents and funds are weak; they can cover the knowledge resources of technical transaction and solve the problem of training specialized talents on the platform; they can provide public services and help to improve the standardization and efficiency of the technology trading market.
