【摘要】：至今為止,從定量角度研究評估知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平,學(xué)術(shù)界還沒有先例。本文從行業(yè)角度出發(fā),開創(chuàng)性地構(gòu)建了評價知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平的財務(wù)和非財務(wù)指標(biāo)體系,運用AHP分析法,依據(jù)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)和調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),對江西省11市知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平進行全面分析。結(jié)果表明江西11市中大部分城市(除南昌和九江之外)發(fā)展都較為均衡,總體水平位居前三的分別是南昌、九江和景德鎮(zhèn),居后三位的分別是新余、萍鄉(xiāng)和吉安;二級指標(biāo)中,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展成果水平指標(biāo)值差距最大,說明提升落后城市的該指標(biāo)值,對江西知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展具有決定性意義。
[Abstract]:So far, there is no precedent in the academic field to study and evaluate the development level of intellectual property service industry from the perspective of quantitative analysis. This paper constructs the financial and non-financial index system to evaluate the development level of intellectual property service industry, and applies AHP analysis method, according to the statistical data and research data. The development level of IPR service industry in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province is analyzed comprehensively. The results show that most of the cities in Jiangxi Province (except Nanchang and Jiujiang) have balanced development. The top three are Nanchang Jiujiang and Jingdezhen and the last three are Xinyu Pingxiang and Ji'an respectively. Among the secondary indexes, the gap of the level of the development achievement of the intellectual property service industry is the biggest, which indicates that the promotion of the index value of the backward cities is of decisive significance to the overall development of Jiangxi's intellectual property service industry.
