面向用戶體驗(yàn)的高校圖書館信息共享空間構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的來(lái)臨使我們處在泛知識(shí)化環(huán)境中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)給我們帶來(lái)豐富知識(shí)的同時(shí),也帶來(lái)了魚龍混雜的信息。如何迎接網(wǎng)絡(luò)化開放存取帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)、支持用戶多樣化需求給圖書館帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn);而高等院校教育教學(xué)模式的改革促使學(xué)生走出教室、寢室,走進(jìn)圖書館,如何為讀者提供個(gè)性化知識(shí)創(chuàng)新的場(chǎng)所也給圖書館的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了無(wú)限機(jī)遇。與此同時(shí),技術(shù)的進(jìn)步降低了用戶參與圖書館建設(shè)的門檻,“大眾分類法”、“標(biāo)簽”等技術(shù)的引入突顯了用戶的智慧,“用戶體驗(yàn)”概念被提出來(lái),“以用戶為中心”成為指導(dǎo)圖書館工作的旗幟。20世紀(jì)90年代開始,世界范圍內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了信息共享空間(Information Commons,IC)的建設(shè)浪潮。它的出現(xiàn)為我國(guó)高校圖書館應(yīng)對(duì)逐漸喪失的“文獻(xiàn)信息中心”地位的挑戰(zhàn)帶來(lái)了轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)。經(jīng)過(guò)十余年理論和實(shí)踐探索,國(guó)內(nèi)外大學(xué)圖書館都積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在對(duì)這些先進(jìn)的理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及鄭州大學(xué)圖書館資源服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行大量調(diào)研分析的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者提出了鄭州大學(xué)圖書館信息共享空間構(gòu)建設(shè)想,并將“用戶體驗(yàn)”理念引入空間設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,以期創(chuàng)造更加人文化的空間環(huán)境。本文主要分為七部分: 第一部分:緒言。主要是對(duì)本文的研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外IC研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了概括性闡述。 第二部分:面向用戶體驗(yàn)的信息共享空間。分別闡釋了“信息共享空間”和“用戶體驗(yàn)”的概念內(nèi)涵,其中,在信息共享空間概述中,具體闡釋了IC的結(jié)構(gòu)模式、發(fā)展演變及國(guó)內(nèi)外高校IC建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀;在“用戶體驗(yàn)”概述中,分別闡述了用戶體驗(yàn)的相關(guān)背景及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述。 第三部分:高校圖書館IC面向用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的必要性和可行性分析。詳細(xì)闡述了高校圖書館建設(shè)信息共享空間需進(jìn)行用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的必要性和可行性。 第四部分:高校圖書館面向用戶體驗(yàn)的IC構(gòu)建。筆者分別從面向用戶體驗(yàn)的實(shí)體空間構(gòu)建、基于Lib2.0技術(shù)的數(shù)字空間構(gòu)建和基于用戶體驗(yàn)的支持體系構(gòu)建三部分具體闡述了信息共享空間的構(gòu)建策略。 第五部分:構(gòu)建面向用戶體驗(yàn)的高校圖書館IC的相關(guān)問(wèn)題分析。就高校圖書館IC構(gòu)建過(guò)程中遇到的用戶需求研究問(wèn)題、知識(shí)管理問(wèn)題和知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問(wèn)題等進(jìn)行了分析。 第六部分:試構(gòu)建面向用戶體驗(yàn)的鄭州大學(xué)圖書館IC。基于對(duì)鄭州大學(xué)圖書館資源狀況的實(shí)地考察以及較大范圍讀者對(duì)IC了解程度的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷分析,筆者詳細(xì)地闡述了鄭州大學(xué)圖書館IC構(gòu)建的具體步驟。 第七部分:結(jié)論。闡述了論文的研究成果及不足之處,并指出了今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The arrival of big data era makes us in a pan-knowledge environment, the network brings us rich knowledge, but also brings mixed information. How to meet the challenges brought by network open access. Supporting the diverse needs of users brings challenges to libraries; The reform of education and teaching mode in colleges and universities urges students to go out of the classroom, dormitory and library, how to provide the place of individualized knowledge innovation for readers also brings unlimited opportunities to the development of library. The progress of technology has lowered the threshold for users to participate in library construction. The introduction of technologies such as "popular Classification" and "label" has highlighted the wisdom of users, and the concept of "user experience" has been put forward. "taking the user as the center" has become the banner of guiding library work. Since 90s, information sharing space has appeared all over the world. The tide of construction of ICs has brought about a turning point for the university libraries in our country to cope with the challenge of losing their status as a "document and information center", which has been explored in theory and practice for more than ten years. University libraries at home and abroad have accumulated rich experience, on the basis of these advanced theoretical and practical experience as well as Zhengzhou University library resources service status of a large number of research and analysis. The author puts forward the idea of constructing the information sharing space of Zhengzhou University Library, and introduces the idea of "user experience" into the space design process in order to create a more human culture space environment. This paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction. It mainly describes the background, significance, current situation of IC research, research methods and innovation points of this paper. The second part: the information sharing space for user experience. It explains the concept connotation of "information sharing space" and "user experience" respectively, in which, in the summary of information sharing space. The structure mode, development and evolution of IC and the current situation of IC construction in colleges and universities at home and abroad are explained in detail. In the outline of user experience, the related background of user experience and the domestic and foreign research review are expounded respectively. The third part: the necessity and feasibility analysis of IC user oriented experience design in university library. The necessity and feasibility of user experience design for the construction of information sharing space in university library are expounded in detail. Part 4th: the construction of IC for user experience in university library. The construction of digital space based on Lib2.0 technology and the construction of support system based on user experience are discussed in detail. Part 5th: analysis of the problems related to the construction of IC in university libraries oriented to user experience. Research on the problems of user needs encountered in the process of IC construction in university libraries. Knowledge management and intellectual property issues were analyzed. Part 6th: try to construct the user experience oriented Zhengzhou University library IC.Based on the field investigation of Zhengzhou University library resources and a large range of readers' understanding of IC questionnaire analysis. The author expounds in detail the concrete steps of IC construction of Zhengzhou University Library. Part 7th: conclusion. This paper expounds the research achievements and shortcomings, and points out the future research direction.
