面向用戶體驗的高校圖書館信息共享空間構建研究

【摘要】:大數(shù)據(jù)時代的來臨使我們處在泛知識化環(huán)境中,網(wǎng)絡給我們帶來豐富知識的同時,也帶來了魚龍混雜的信息。如何迎接網(wǎng)絡化開放存取帶來的挑戰(zhàn)、支持用戶多樣化需求給圖書館帶來了挑戰(zhàn);而高等院校教育教學模式的改革促使學生走出教室、寢室,走進圖書館,如何為讀者提供個性化知識創(chuàng)新的場所也給圖書館的發(fā)展帶來了無限機遇。與此同時,技術的進步降低了用戶參與圖書館建設的門檻,“大眾分類法”、“標簽”等技術的引入突顯了用戶的智慧,“用戶體驗”概念被提出來,“以用戶為中心”成為指導圖書館工作的旗幟。20世紀90年代開始,世界范圍內出現(xiàn)了信息共享空間(Information Commons,IC)的建設浪潮。它的出現(xiàn)為我國高校圖書館應對逐漸喪失的“文獻信息中心”地位的挑戰(zhàn)帶來了轉機。經過十余年理論和實踐探索,國內外大學圖書館都積累了豐富的經驗,在對這些先進的理論和實踐經驗以及鄭州大學圖書館資源服務現(xiàn)狀進行大量調研分析的基礎上,筆者提出了鄭州大學圖書館信息共享空間構建設想,并將“用戶體驗”理念引入空間設計過程,以期創(chuàng)造更加人文化的空間環(huán)境。本文主要分為七部分: 第一部分:緒言。主要是對本文的研究背景、研究意義、國內外IC研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點進行了概括性闡述。 第二部分:面向用戶體驗的信息共享空間。分別闡釋了“信息共享空間”和“用戶體驗”的概念內涵,其中,在信息共享空間概述中,具體闡釋了IC的結構模式、發(fā)展演變及國內外高校IC建設現(xiàn)狀;在“用戶體驗”概述中,分別闡述了用戶體驗的相關背景及國內外研究綜述。 第三部分:高校圖書館IC面向用戶體驗設計的必要性和可行性分析。詳細闡述了高校圖書館建設信息共享空間需進行用戶體驗設計的必要性和可行性。 第四部分:高校圖書館面向用戶體驗的IC構建。筆者分別從面向用戶體驗的實體空間構建、基于Lib2.0技術的數(shù)字空間構建和基于用戶體驗的支持體系構建三部分具體闡述了信息共享空間的構建策略。 第五部分:構建面向用戶體驗的高校圖書館IC的相關問題分析。就高校圖書館IC構建過程中遇到的用戶需求研究問題、知識管理問題和知識產權問題等進行了分析。 第六部分:試構建面向用戶體驗的鄭州大學圖書館IC;趯︵嵵荽髮W圖書館資源狀況的實地考察以及較大范圍讀者對IC了解程度的調查問卷分析,筆者詳細地闡述了鄭州大學圖書館IC構建的具體步驟。 第七部分:結論。闡述了論文的研究成果及不足之處,并指出了今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The arrival of big data era makes us in a pan-knowledge environment, the network brings us rich knowledge, but also brings mixed information. How to meet the challenges brought by network open access. Supporting the diverse needs of users brings challenges to libraries; The reform of education and teaching mode in colleges and universities urges students to go out of the classroom, dormitory and library, how to provide the place of individualized knowledge innovation for readers also brings unlimited opportunities to the development of library. The progress of technology has lowered the threshold for users to participate in library construction. The introduction of technologies such as "popular Classification" and "label" has highlighted the wisdom of users, and the concept of "user experience" has been put forward. "taking the user as the center" has become the banner of guiding library work. Since 90s, information sharing space has appeared all over the world. The tide of construction of ICs has brought about a turning point for the university libraries in our country to cope with the challenge of losing their status as a "document and information center", which has been explored in theory and practice for more than ten years. University libraries at home and abroad have accumulated rich experience, on the basis of these advanced theoretical and practical experience as well as Zhengzhou University library resources service status of a large number of research and analysis. The author puts forward the idea of constructing the information sharing space of Zhengzhou University Library, and introduces the idea of "user experience" into the space design process in order to create a more human culture space environment. This paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction. It mainly describes the background, significance, current situation of IC research, research methods and innovation points of this paper. The second part: the information sharing space for user experience. It explains the concept connotation of "information sharing space" and "user experience" respectively, in which, in the summary of information sharing space. The structure mode, development and evolution of IC and the current situation of IC construction in colleges and universities at home and abroad are explained in detail. In the outline of user experience, the related background of user experience and the domestic and foreign research review are expounded respectively. The third part: the necessity and feasibility analysis of IC user oriented experience design in university library. The necessity and feasibility of user experience design for the construction of information sharing space in university library are expounded in detail. Part 4th: the construction of IC for user experience in university library. The construction of digital space based on Lib2.0 technology and the construction of support system based on user experience are discussed in detail. Part 5th: analysis of the problems related to the construction of IC in university libraries oriented to user experience. Research on the problems of user needs encountered in the process of IC construction in university libraries. Knowledge management and intellectual property issues were analyzed. Part 6th: try to construct the user experience oriented Zhengzhou University library IC.Based on the field investigation of Zhengzhou University library resources and a large range of readers' understanding of IC questionnaire analysis. The author expounds in detail the concrete steps of IC construction of Zhengzhou University Library. Part 7th: conclusion. This paper expounds the research achievements and shortcomings, and points out the future research direction.
