考慮制造商研發(fā)投入的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)均衡問題研究

【摘要】:知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護力度不夠?qū)е铝爽F(xiàn)在社會上抄襲、模仿現(xiàn)象嚴重,為了探討知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護力度對供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各個制造商及網(wǎng)絡(luò)其他成員的影響,本文建立了考慮研發(fā)投入溢出效應(yīng)的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)均衡模型,其中供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)由多個制造商、零售商和需求市場構(gòu)成,制造商為獲得更大的利潤會進行研發(fā)投入,技術(shù)水平的提升會降低生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的單位成本,但會產(chǎn)生研發(fā)的溢出效應(yīng)。利用均衡理論和變分不等式分別得到考慮研發(fā)投入溢出效應(yīng)的各個制造商、零售商均衡條件,并推導(dǎo)出整個供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的均衡條件。最后給出求解均衡條件的算法和數(shù)值算例,分析了制造商的研發(fā)投入所產(chǎn)生的溢出效應(yīng)對供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)各成員決策的影響。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新點如下:(1)研究了考慮溢出效應(yīng)的制造商研發(fā)投入供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)靜態(tài)均衡問題,建立了包含多個制造商、零售商和消費市場的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)均衡模型,利用變分不等式描述了各制造商、各零售商的最優(yōu)決策,推導(dǎo)出整個供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的均衡條件。結(jié)合數(shù)值算例的結(jié)果,分析了溢出效應(yīng)對制造商研發(fā)投入和整個供應(yīng)鏈均衡的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新的溢出會降低企業(yè)特別是高創(chuàng)新水平的企業(yè)的研發(fā)積極性和利潤。(2)研究了考慮溢出效應(yīng)的制造商研發(fā)投入供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)動態(tài)均衡問題,建立了多個制造商、零售商的兩層供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)動態(tài)均衡問題,利用微分變分不等式描述了各制造商和各零售商的最優(yōu)決策,得到整個供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的動態(tài)均衡條件。通過數(shù)值算例,分析了在市場條件動態(tài)變化條件下溢出效應(yīng)對制造商研發(fā)投入的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)市場需求的不斷增加和創(chuàng)新溢出的降低會提高企業(yè)的研發(fā)積極性。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the impact of intellectual property protection on the manufacturers and other members of the supply chain network, the lack of intellectual property protection has led to plagiarism and imitation phenomenon. In this paper, a supply chain network equilibrium model considering the spillover effect of R & D input is established, in which the supply chain network is composed of multiple manufacturers, retailers and demand markets, and manufacturers will invest in R & D in order to obtain greater profits. The improvement of technology level will reduce the unit cost of the product, but will produce the spillover effect of R & D. By using equilibrium theory and variational inequality, each manufacturer considering the spillover effect of R & D investment can be obtained. The retailer equilibrium condition and the equilibrium condition of the whole supply chain network model are derived. Finally, the algorithm and numerical examples are given to solve the equilibrium condition. This paper analyzes the spillover effect of manufacturer's R & D investment on the decision making of members of supply chain network. The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows: 1). The static equilibrium problem of manufacturer R & D input supply chain network considering spillover effect is studied. A supply chain network equilibrium model including multiple manufacturers, retailers and consumer markets is established, and the optimal decision of each manufacturer and retailer is described by using variational inequalities. The equilibrium conditions of the whole supply chain network are deduced, and the effects of spillover effect on the manufacturer's R & D investment and the whole supply chain equilibrium are analyzed. It is found that innovation spillover will reduce the R & D enthusiasm and profit of firms, especially those with high innovation level.) the dynamic equilibrium of R & D input supply chain network of manufacturers considering spillover effect is studied. The dynamic equilibrium problem of multi-manufacturer and retailer two-layer supply chain network is established, and the optimal decision of each manufacturer and retailer is described by using differential variational inequality. The dynamic equilibrium conditions of the whole supply chain network are obtained, and the effects of spillover effect on the R & D investment of manufacturers are analyzed by numerical examples. It is found that the continuous increase of market demand and the decrease of innovation spillover will increase the R & D enthusiasm of enterprises.
