【摘要】：我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段已明確提出要實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,技術(shù)市場(chǎng)作為科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的主要渠道,在推動(dòng)科技自主創(chuàng)新,實(shí)施國(guó)家創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略方面扮演著不可替代的重要角色。 本文首先在對(duì)技術(shù)市場(chǎng)和區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力概念、技術(shù)市場(chǎng)的影響力及區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的影響因素等相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了技術(shù)市場(chǎng)對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力影響機(jī)理的理論模型；接著對(duì)我國(guó)技術(shù)市場(chǎng)和區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面、系統(tǒng)的分析；最后構(gòu)建計(jì)量模型,利用面板數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用stata工具對(duì)技術(shù)市場(chǎng)對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。 本文研究結(jié)果表明,技術(shù)市場(chǎng)通過(guò)技術(shù)內(nèi)生增長(zhǎng)原理、技術(shù)擴(kuò)散原理以及市場(chǎng)對(duì)資源配置的基礎(chǔ)性作用能夠促進(jìn)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力；技術(shù)市場(chǎng)不管是技術(shù)引進(jìn)還是技術(shù)輸出,對(duì)一個(gè)地區(qū)的創(chuàng)新能力都有正向影響關(guān)系,而且技術(shù)輸出的影響力相對(duì)更大；為此,我國(guó)應(yīng)通過(guò)加強(qiáng)政府引導(dǎo),加強(qiáng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù),深化技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中介服務(wù),尊重并規(guī)范技術(shù)市場(chǎng)等措施來(lái)加快技術(shù)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展,提升區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力,推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, our country has clearly proposed to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development, and the technology market, as the main channel for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, is promoting independent innovation in science and technology. The implementation of national innovation strategy plays an irreplaceable important role. Firstly, this paper summarizes the concepts of technology market and regional innovation ability, the influence of technology market and the influencing factors of regional innovation ability. The theoretical model of the influence mechanism of technology market on regional innovation ability is established. Secondly, the paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis on the development of technology market and regional innovation ability in China. Finally, the econometric model is constructed, and the impact of technology market on regional innovation ability is analyzed empirically by using panel data and stata tools. The results show that the technological market can promote the regional innovation ability through the endogenous growth of technology, the diffusion of technology and the fundamental role of the market in the allocation of resources. The technology market, whether it is technology import or technology export, has a positive influence on the innovation ability of a region, and the influence of technology export is relatively greater; Therefore, China should speed up the development of technology market and promote regional innovation ability by strengthening the guidance of government, strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights, deepening the intermediary service of technology transfer, respecting and standardizing the technology market and so on. Promote innovation-driven development strategy.
