【摘要】:本文以某知識產(chǎn)權(quán)代理事務所委托開發(fā)的個性化專利申報與服務系統(tǒng)為研究對象,主要完成了該系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)。應用此系統(tǒng)前,該專利管理事務所受專利管理工作傳統(tǒng)模式影響,專利申報與管理業(yè)務仍停留在紙質(zhì)文件登記、依靠個人傳統(tǒng)工作經(jīng)驗、全程非智能化處理的低效率模式,面臨著專利管理程序繁瑣、專利申請效率低下、專利管理錯誤率高、推薦信息針對性不強等實際困難。因此,開發(fā)個性化專利申報與服務系統(tǒng),適應當前社會發(fā)展需求已然勢在必行。本文在認真分析研究該專利事務所基本情況,摸清專利申報與管理流程的基礎上,自我為主的學習、研究了大量有關(guān)專利管理與個性化服務的技術(shù)資料,在吸收、借鑒國內(nèi)外有關(guān)專利管理系統(tǒng)研究成果的基礎上,設計與實現(xiàn)了一個基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的個性化專利申報與服務系統(tǒng)。本文介紹了當今專利管理、用戶興趣挖掘和個性化推薦的相關(guān)理論基礎,分析了專利事務所管理工作現(xiàn)狀,給出了采用該系統(tǒng)的可行性。在此基礎之上,依據(jù)軟件工程的思想,進行了系統(tǒng)需求分、系統(tǒng)功能分析和用戶分析,并對安全需求進行了簡要設計。在對專利事務所工作流程進行學習、研究的基礎上,采用現(xiàn)今流行的B/S模式,用以搭建系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。運用網(wǎng)絡日志挖掘技術(shù)提取用戶特征,運用夾角余弦方法計算用戶相似度,運用UPBC算法進行用戶聚類,從而實現(xiàn)個性化推薦。該系統(tǒng)采用Java語言實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)編程。本論文共7章,從研發(fā)的目的和需求到系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)都進行了詳盡描述,還列舉了具體實現(xiàn)時部分程序代碼及界面。最后,采用多層次的測試方法對該系統(tǒng)軟件進行了測試,證明了系統(tǒng)的科學性與有效性,完全能夠滿足專利管理事務所對專利申報與管理工作的需求,具有良好的實用性。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the personalized patent application and service system commissioned by an intellectual property agency as the research object, mainly completes the design and implementation of the system. The patent management firm is affected by the traditional mode of patent management, patent application and management business still stay in the paper document registration, relying on personal traditional work experience, the entire process of non-intelligent processing of the inefficient mode. Facing the practical difficulties such as cumbersome patent management procedures, low efficiency of patent application, high rate of patent management errors and weak pertinence of recommendation information, the development of personalized patent application and service system. It is imperative to meet the needs of current social development. This paper analyzes and studies the basic situation of the patent firm and finds out the process of patent application and management based on self-centered learning. Research a large number of technical data about patent management and personalized services, on the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign patent management system research results. A personalized patent application and service system based on B / S structure is designed and implemented. This paper introduces the theoretical basis of current patent management, user interest mining and personalized recommendation. This paper analyzes the current situation of patent office management and gives the feasibility of adopting the system. On this basis, according to the idea of software engineering, the system requirements, system function analysis and user analysis are carried out. On the basis of studying and studying the workflow of patent firms, we adopt the popular B / S model. In order to set up the system structure, the user feature is extracted by the network log mining technology, the user similarity is calculated by the angle cosine method, and the user clustering is carried out by using the UPBC algorithm. In order to achieve personalized recommendation. The system uses Java language to achieve system programming. This paper has 7 chapters, from the purpose and requirements of research and development to the design and implementation of the system are described in detail. Finally, the multi-level test method is used to test the system software, which proves the scientific and effective of the system. It can satisfy the demand of patent management firm for patent application and management, and has good practicability.
