【摘要】：正土地契約文書是記錄民間經(jīng)濟生活的重要歷史資料,近年來不斷受到學(xué)界重視,取得豐富的研究成果。但總體來看,已有研究以定性研究為主,量化分析較少;就不同類別而言,租佃契約和租佃制的研究成果豐碩,典的研究略顯單薄,如對典權(quán)交易效率的認(rèn)識,學(xué)界尚存分歧,再如對典價的研究,多止于核算其占賣價的比例,等等。本文試圖在新資料的基礎(chǔ)上推進(jìn)上述研究。綜合運用原始
