【摘要】：正膠州市編辦認真把握"三定"修訂工作精髓,以"三定"修訂工作為契機,嚴把"全面、準確、規(guī)范"三個關(guān)鍵詞,推進綜合執(zhí)法改革縱深發(fā)展。一是全面理順綜合執(zhí)法涉及部門間職責(zé)邊界。根據(jù)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和全面深化改革要求,結(jié)合政府行政權(quán)力清單、責(zé)任清單等"三單"管理要求,進一步厘清部門職責(zé)邊界,完善綜合執(zhí)法協(xié)調(diào)配合機制。二是準確梳理執(zhí)法職責(zé)劃出部門監(jiān)管職能。對綜合執(zhí)法改革中
