【摘要】：依法治軍、從嚴(yán)治軍是建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化軍隊(duì)的必然要求,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)軍目標(biāo)的重要保證。在推動(dòng)強(qiáng)軍實(shí)踐過程中,必須大力培育尊法崇法的法治信仰,強(qiáng)化官兵對(duì)法律發(fā)自內(nèi)心的認(rèn)同和尊敬;必須牢固確立聚焦實(shí)戰(zhàn)化的根本指向,把依法治軍、從嚴(yán)治軍貫穿到實(shí)戰(zhàn)化訓(xùn)練的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域;必須堅(jiān)決維護(hù)法規(guī)的至上權(quán)威,確保法律法規(guī)的剛性運(yùn)行;必須著力形成以上率下的新常態(tài),在部隊(duì)中樹立自覺學(xué)法用法守法的鮮明導(dǎo)向。
[Abstract]:Administering the army according to law and strictly administering the army is an inevitable requirement for building a modern army and an important guarantee for achieving the goal of strengthening the army. In the process of promoting the practice of strengthening the armed forces, we must vigorously cultivate the belief in the rule of law of respecting the law and upholding the law, and strengthen the officers and men's recognition and respect for the law from the heart; we must firmly establish the fundamental direction of focusing on the transformation of actual combat, so as to administer the army according to law. Strict administration of the army runs through all fields of actual combat training; we must resolutely uphold the supreme authority of laws and regulations and ensure the rigid operation of laws and regulations; we must strive to form a new normal under the above rates. In the army to establish a conscious use of the law to abide by the clear guidance.
