【摘要】：黨的十八大提出,加緊建設(shè)對(duì)社會(huì)公平正義具有重大作用的制度,以權(quán)利公平、機(jī)會(huì)公平、規(guī)則公平為主要內(nèi)容的社會(huì)公平保障體系。筆者聯(lián)系工作實(shí)際,分析了收入分配、制度建設(shè)、政策脫節(jié)和個(gè)別公積金管理中心管理不善等問題造成了住房公積金制度的不公平表象,提出了縮小收入差距等消除住房公積金公平性缺失現(xiàn)象的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) proposed to step up the construction of a system that plays an important role in social equity and justice, and a social fair security system with the main contents of right fairness, opportunity fairness and rule fairness. The author analyzes the problems of income distribution, system construction, policy disconnection and poor management of individual provident fund management centers, which result in the unfair appearance of housing provident fund system. Some policy suggestions are put forward to reduce the income gap and eliminate the lack of equity of housing provident fund.
