【摘要】：國有土地房屋在征收管理過程中需要以有效的制度實施管理標準為依托,對老舊城區(qū)進行進一步的計劃改造,逐步完善舊城區(qū)居住環(huán)境效果,促進民生工程建設(shè)的合理性,提升房屋征收管理補充效果,對實際可能存在的房屋征收問題進行補償分析,對管理問題、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理問題、隊伍建設(shè)不穩(wěn)定問題等進行后續(xù)的處理,提升政府諸多不便性,加強國有土地房屋管理征收中政府工作的信任度和支持度水平,完善房屋建設(shè)發(fā)展速度效果,盡可能的提升跨年度建設(shè)中的瓶頸問題。
[Abstract]:In the process of expropriation and management of state-owned land houses, it is necessary to carry out further planning and transformation of the old urban areas on the basis of effective system and implementation of management standards, to gradually improve the living environment effect of the old urban areas, and to promote the rationality of the construction of livelihood projects. To improve the supplementary effect of housing collection and management, to compensate and analyze the housing expropriation problems that may actually exist, to deal with the problems of management, unreasonable structure, unstable team construction and so on, so as to enhance the inconveniences of the government. To strengthen the level of trust and support of government work in the management and expropriation of state-owned land houses, to improve the speed of housing construction, and to improve the bottleneck problem in the cross-annual construction as far as possible.
