【摘要】：正網(wǎng)絡(luò)視聽節(jié)目是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)重要業(yè)態(tài)之一。相關(guān)調(diào)查顯示,目前我國超過七成的網(wǎng)民經(jīng)常觀看網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻節(jié)目,網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻已經(jīng)超越網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲、網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂等成為我國用戶覆蓋最廣的網(wǎng)絡(luò)娛樂類應(yīng)用。由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)視聽節(jié)目的強(qiáng)大影響力,其服務(wù)監(jiān)管變得極為重要,而相關(guān)法規(guī)制度的建立和完善又是管理工作的核心和基礎(chǔ)。上世紀(jì)末期,原廣電總局就啟動(dòng)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)視聽節(jié)目服務(wù)的跟蹤研究,并于1999年10月發(fā)布《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)通過信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)向公眾傳播廣播電影電視類節(jié)目管理的通告》。2003年1
[Abstract]:Direct network audiovisual program is one of the important business forms of the Internet. Related investigation shows that at present more than 70% of Internet users in our country often watch online video programs. Network video has surpassed online games and network music has become the most widely used network entertainment application in our country. Because of the powerful influence of network audio-visual programs, its service supervision becomes extremely important, and the establishment and perfection of relevant laws and regulations is the core and foundation of management. At the end of the last century, the former general administration of radio, television and radio launched a follow-up study on the network audiovisual program service, and issued a circular on strengthening the management of radio, film and television programs broadcast to the public through the information network in October 1999. 2003 1
