【摘要】：近年來,在社會體育開展中出現(xiàn)許多權(quán)利糾紛事件,其中,以社區(qū)大媽為主體的廣場舞擾民糾紛為此類權(quán)利糾紛的典型案例。以廣場舞權(quán)利糾紛為切入點,采用文獻資料法、邏輯推理等研究方法,對女性體育權(quán)利保護困境的成因進行分析;嘗試從認識論根源、文化根源、經(jīng)濟根源和法治根源剖析形成女性體育權(quán)利困境的社會學動因;認為"保護"與"規(guī)制"女性體育權(quán)利是實現(xiàn)我國女性體育權(quán)利常態(tài)發(fā)展的有效舉措;對"保護"與"規(guī)制"女性體育權(quán)利的相關(guān)途徑進行多維度考察,指出促進兩性和諧發(fā)展是女性體育權(quán)利的必然選擇,也是女性體育權(quán)利的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there are many rights disputes in the development of social sports. Taking the right dispute of square dance as the starting point, this paper analyzes the causes of the plight of women's sports right protection by using the methods of literature and logical reasoning, and tries to analyze the causes of the predicament of women's sports right protection, and tries to analyze the causes of the dilemma from epistemology and culture. The sociological motivation of forming the dilemma of women's sports rights is analyzed by analyzing the economic and legal roots, and the author thinks that "protecting" and "regulating" women's sports rights is an effective measure to realize the normal development of women's sports rights in China. This paper makes a multi-dimensional investigation on the related ways of "protection" and "regulation" of women's sports rights, and points out that promoting the harmonious development of both sexes is the inevitable choice of women's sports rights and the development direction of women's sports rights.
